Wayne - last time I was in Sports Direct they were selling Fruit of the Loom t-shirts 3 for 2. Can't remember the exact prices but they were cheap. I think the advice to buy a few t-shirts and give it a go is excellent advice - take it!
Then this will help you know how to price up your products etc if you decide to take the plunge and bulk buy.
Go for it!!
Yeah im going to go to meadowhall and pick a few up as im sure theres a sports direct there, :beer:2016 Money challenge - £2900 -

Hello all.
I have not been on as much as normal - half term hol + trying to do too much to acheive the 10k, with limited success.
Is anyone else suffering from Overload?
I am doing the following:
Working pt
Overtime
ebaying
Selling barefoot
starting to blog - slow progress
building a website
organising with my sis to start an online business
MSing - but being more selective, now
Surveys - only the good ones, mind
I am totally knackered.
Should I concentrate on one / some things or just keep at everything?
I have no idea, really.
xx
I know the feeling..... I am really struggling this week to get my jobs done (HW and challenge), I'm sure its cos the kids are off.... spending too much time refereeing WW3!
I am concentrating on the HW today as I can't see the floor in any of the rooms!! Then if I get some time then I will do some more work on the Webbie..... I really need to get some stuff on ebay but I can't be bothered.... if I have time then I will get some pics and list some of it....
Cally - I agree with the others.... a nice polite email ' everything okay, are you stil interested, if not then please let me know by x date, blah, blah....' If you would like me to have a look then just let me know....
Amber - lets have a looksie..... I guess its the other one....

I do Pinecone surveys and they've sent me a mail to pass on to people who may want to do them too.
Pays £3 per survey into your Paypal account (and fairly quickly after you've done it- no payout threshold). Usually surveys are about household stuff like dishwashing tabs, fabric softener etc.
You can be paid by Luncheon Vouchers - don't recommend that (Tesco takes them but were very funny with me and supervisor said "only 2 at a time") so make sure if you sign up you elect to be paid into Paypal.
PM me with your email address if you're interested - they want me to forward their actual email on to you.
Probably going to crash my inbox now!:rotfl:
Edit - I won't send them at once so don't worry I'll try and send them all later (have to log out of one email account and back into another so don't want to be doing that all day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Can i say , butting in!, does surveys etc count towards our £10,000 challenge, has i get these quite a bit, also got £20 paypal from lightspeed:rotfl:2016 Money challenge - £2900 -

Morning all,
Have gone in to total meltdown here, OH started work Last Tuesday after being Unemployed since June last year, Back to his old firm on a cscs card (self employed but they pay tax, complicated!) anyway they have rang him this morning (his B'day of all days) to Tell him his UTR number was not activated so could take up to six weeks to pay him, they will take 30% tax rather than 24% because of this mistake and there is no more work after tomorrowOh but we might ring you in a few weeks with another couple of weeks! He has signed off from JSA, up the creek with the mortgage which was being paid by payment protection but has been stopped as he signed off. I am sat here in tears, 2 weeks work is 2 weeks work but it leaves us in a worse financial situation. Supposed to be going out for a meal tonight and really want to it's his birthday but shouldn't really be spending money we haven't got. I have a few £'s from this challenge but don't wanna delve in cos I am trying to act like it's not there. So sorry to bring this here, really I am. Just needed to get it off my chest, this week has been the week from hell.

I say count whatever you want - money is money - it's up to you how you regard it, i.e. whether it's extra that you wouldn't normally have made or whatever.
I don't think I'm ever going to make the £10k - but it's the journey that counts not the destination (paraphrasing someone there - not sure who!) and I will have more than if I had just meandered along on my own selling the odd bit of household junk on fleebay!0 -
shell, deep breath, cup of tea/coffee, calm down, then on the phone to JSA and mortgage protection people to tell them what has happened and get everything reinstated asap. You must just want the world to stop and let you off, but we girlies are copers and you WILL cope, hun, even if it doesn't feel like it right now.0

Well, that's all my DVDs listed (keeping back only Hamlet and Blackpool...slight Tennant related theme there)...
Shell - I can't believe it - I don't know what to say except yes, deep breath, and on the phone. Thinking of you.Stage one - declutter
Stage two - sell the clutter
Stage three - turn the money into more money
Stage four - pat self on back

Morning all,
I joined yesterday afternoon but that's 12 pages ago now, lol.
Just wondering if anyone know the answer to my little question.
If I list items of clothing on ebay today and tomorrow, how do I set postage costs?
I sold a book a while ago and I barely broke even on it after posting. I don't want to list any items that will result in a loss.
The clothes will mostly be childrens but amongst them are some thick winter coats which I know that, if sold, they will cost a bit to send on.
What do others do regarding this???Would like to: Retire at 54. 19yrs .Clear mortgage by 50. 16yrs. Clear Secured debts by 43. 8yrs.Clear Unsecured debt by 39. 4yrs.
