Has anyone heard of Signey Associates ltd in relation to this lot?

They're base in Stockport but seem to have been passed a lot of ex-Loancheck cases.

Just had a read through the signey associates website and it states the same old crap that most claims companies state (meaning we are the best, we don't charge you anything other than the one off fee (the initial fee!!!!) and also here is the RISK
The solicitor will represent you on a no win no fee basis and will usually recover his costs and fees from the lender with no impact to your compensation award.

Just seems to me the same old bull. OR is it me.... ?????

At least i am not alone then in thinking this.

I have noted as well the website has no MOJ registration number on it? I wonder how true it is if they are handling complaints of Loancheck clients then surely that makes them a claims management company??? (according to their website they seem to be!!).

All this passing round data cannot be right can it? Where will it all end. People are allowed to sell data openly on websites and firms are allowed to open, close and then open again (the same individuals running them often if not on the books) and making money, scamming people left right and centre and nothing is being done. When will MOJ get their act together? When will these type firms be better regulated and the individuals concerned in running them stopped from ever trading again.

Have had paperwork returned or copies of it from the complaints service. They are looking into the case. As I said before it has also been passed to the SRA for regulatory issues as there seems to have been a breach in regulation. Am awaiting response from both of these. I have to say the service has worked (so far) extremely well. Do not know what the outcome will be but will let you know.

Hope its a good outcome and also that you get to know "why" this happened???? It would be good if Guy came along with details of their investigation into Loancheck also. It seems to have all gone too quiet!!

Yes do not know what is happening with that one Marshallka. Agree it would be good to hear. I am afraid that lots of people have perhaps just put it all down to bad luck and not persuing it. I wonder how many are not able to go to FOS cause of mis selling now as they were relying on contract agreements etc

It would be good if MSE actually did a statement about Loancheck cause afterall "Which" congratulated them on their business and MSE did have them in their guide as a reputable company. I bet there are lots that have lost out on this but isn't Loancheck (yourloancheck) still running? What do they suggest people do? Has anyone actually complained to them I wonder?
