Hi all

Been away from here a while, but good to catch up and see everyone is still fighting.

I have forwarded my response to Lloyds insurers and am waiting for a reply. If this does not come by 19th May (8 weeks) then back to the FOS. Fingers crossed they do reply agreeing to pay back what they stole.

Did anyone ever hear from MSE team about Claim Companies being investigated? I forwarded my details but haven't had a reply as yet.

Hi millwallpaul, I also wondered that?

No-one has posted having had a reply and there has been no news as yet from the MSE investigations?? Lets hope they do let everyone know if they find anything amiss.

I know that MOJ have still not given their verdict on Cartel and also other CMC's keep getting metioned on here and lots of complaints going to MOJ. They will be kept busy for a long time I would think.

Have today heard from the Legal Complaints Service that my complaint about my Loancheck Solicitors has now been referred to SRA to deal with because there are regulatory issues.

My other Loancheck Solicitors have been extremely professional and have returned all paperwork. They have also volunteered free of charge to help me fill in the form for small claims if that is what I chose to do. I already have both these with the FOS.

I wonder what the regulatory issues are then maxdp??? That sounds strange in a way but not so strange in another? I take it this is Watsons solicitors?

Good that the other solicitor has been professional.

Well you have done all you can with them now and do you just have to wait for the outcome now? Will they let you know reasons why it was referred do you think?

I hope they will Marshallka as they are not complying with the Complaints service, who are still investigating their own issues. Am sure will learn more soon.

Should be good then to hear why they are not responding to clients. Can't wait to hear this one.

Will post up any info. The others have been wonderful very professional. I would say anybody who is concerned go to the SRA and also ring FOS to see if they will take your case on.

hi maxdp & marshallka, found that investigators card! my investigator (ex-policeman) has on his card his name and 'servocadream'. the company is based in winchester.

have heard back from loans.co.uk by the way and the official forms have gone back to them. just waiting for their response again.

Is that the person that came round to fill in all the info Moo Cow.

Mine has now gone from complaints service to Solicitors Regulation Authority and they are going to request paperwork by return otherwise going in to their offices to take paperwork back. Not looking good for Solicitors.

Has anyone heard of Signey Associates ltd in relation to this lot?

They're base in Stockport but seem to have been passed a lot of ex-Loancheck cases.
