Vodaphone messing me about

No, they would send you a correction bill to confirm before taking a direct debit (or crediting back any overpayment) ... oops you cant do that because of online billing.
From my past experience with vodafone, they do send out final bills to show exact adjustments made but I do not know what they do if customer was signed up to online billing. Easy way to find out is to phone and spend a few pence talking to someone.
I am struggling with vodafone incorrect bill since renewing my contract. I was told today during phonecall 6, that they outsource their bills and once produced, the bill cannot be corrected online. They will somehow deduct the correct amount from your bank account (in my case £4 and not £57 as on bill) and the next month's bill will show the credit amount for the current month. They are apparently unable due to outsourcing the bills, produce a bill for you that shows correctly the amount of minutes you have used from your free minutes.
I was not told what company actually produces the bill, but it seems a very peculiar system if it does not allow for correct bills to be produced when there has been a mistake. I know I already have incorrect entries on the bill for next month, so potentially it could be the bill which is paid in May before everything is corrected.
Don't try to ask speak to a supervisor or manager to sort it out - they won't pass call on, the person dealing with call will insist on dealing with matter. If you do keep asking to speak to supervisor, you may have similiar experience to me - I was transferred to a person who does not deal with members of public and got very shirty with me as I had the cheek to speak to her!!!!0 -
