Have just read a review written in January and they said there was fighting, swearing, threadbare sheets, toilets smelled really awful :eek: in the Haven place.
thats the £5 sun holiday mob. I like those deals, it tells you where not to go and keeps them all away from other areas.0 -
The reviews are good most just saying that it needs updating, would definitely email them and see if they would drop the price you never know they might do if you explain your mix up with your flights etc.0

Travelodge have regular £9 room sales,the last one being the period up to 5th Sept.
The next one will be coming shortly and will cover the period of your Glasgow excursion.
So it might pay you not to be too hasty booking anything for Oct. just yet.0 -

Yes, maybe you are right - we would have to get 2 rooms - do they have an adjoining door? It wouldn't be much of a problem because our eldest is 17 and really good with the youngest.baabaachi

Baabaachi,
I'm still looking for you! What do you think of this one? Looks like a good location-has wifi and a fab looking adventure playground thing a couple of minutes away for your 8yr old and maybe the others too (I'd like it, never mind my little one!
)

Ah, thanks for still looking!
I did have a look at that one - but it's between £450 and £500 depending if they class us as a family of 5 or 6.
I'm now leaning towards the Travelodge option. I have looked at all the Travelodges in Scotland - I will have to see how far away from everything they are butt this is my shortlist until anyone tells me to cross them out.
