If the autocashback was £171 I'm not sure the £111 t&c would be the same (the ones I am on with that particular contract). You/he has not followed the basic groundrules I have set out in detail.
I have the relevant t&c in hard copy but not on file so can't really help. However, there are generic t&c for the given dates on the website so you must find and use them accordingly. I would also point out that the t&c on these deals (as always with this company) are contradictory and misleading - something those following the guidelines would discover - and so (as always) you really have to know what you're doing with this company.0 -
I've been using E2save for over 5 years now and have just ordered a new contract with them today. Not as good as some of the previous deals I've had in the past but a safe bet. I have just had my 2nd sucessful cash back claim of £88 on a 'Price Match' deal so it's not really a case of me not knowing what I'm doing or following rules.
Thanks for the reply though, I thought I'd ask as the 'Price Match' T&Cs are available as a PDF but I just couldn't find the NON PM T&C's. I'll claim on the 18th June which was the original claim date within the Customer Login Area on the website. This will be 5 months after connection, I'm registered with Orange so can send the bill as soon as it's available online. If E2Save claim I'm a month early I'll claim the following month - simple.0 -
5 months after connection is incorrect - as is (more often than not) the inofrmation on the on-line account. They are also likely to try to claim you have lost all future claims - of course you can then sue. But it's your money!
Personally I only have 2 years' experience with them; but since I've ordered and supervised at least 30-40 deals in that time and watched them like a hawk I feel my experience is quite valid. This is also endorsed by the number of people I have helped on these threads; I rarely get anything wrong. So watch them carefully - they are quite liekly to surprise you on the downside.0 -
Very true. Of course, as I have been saying for a year now, what they say and what legally applies are two very different things. The real point here is that there are those (the very few) who really know what they are doing and the many who really don't - despite past positive experience. I can merely keep saying the same old things; many have at least finally realised that they MUST understand what they are doing and accept no nonsense from this company. However, there are still those who rely on past experience and cpw misinformation. The latter usually realise in time that they have been mislead and read all the various threads in order to recover their situation. End result - no 12 month free on 12 month contracts from this lot any more. i.e. too many of their customers won't accept the rubbish they dish out. Fortunately, there is still some (better) competition so cpw may still produce attractive offers in the future.0

I have had TEN cashback contracts with e2save and had NO problems getting my cashback payments.
i have 3 running at the moment and received the latest one less than a week ago.
I send the correct bills at the correct time to the correct address and always get paid when i'm supposed to.
Do any of these wrong and you will have problems. pretty simple really.0 -
Only ten? A real novice then. And only 3? My God, you're an infant. I got two cheques yesterday from them; but this is not about numbers, but reality. If I bore you, perhaops you should actually try reading the threads which contain many instances of other people "doing things right" and still getting stuffed. But I am content if you wish to stick your head up your proverbial and rely on laziness. Simple sees simple gets. This is for the benefit of those who are more sensible and don't take things at face value.0

ok post the links to the post where people did nothing wrong and got refused cashback
That would be my posts then (use the "find more posts" button on my nick)
I claimed correctly on two contracts and they refused cashback using the "too early" scam
After an MCOL they paid all missed claims and agreed to pay future claims and specified the dates they wanted me to claim.
Next claim using the dates they provided in the settlement agreement, cashback refused using "too early" scam
(how they can say I claimed too early when I used dates they had given me on an out of court settlement is a bit beyond me, especially as I had stapled a copy of the settlement agreement to the cashback claim vouchers)
After another MCOL last week they agreed to pay all money outstanding on all my contracts. All court fees paid by them of course.
Just waiting for final cheque.
PS
A "still waiting" post with only 8 mins between posts seems a tad rude, some of us do have lives beyond the internet.0
