Paisley, what you don't seem to understand is that the reason you ar not entitled to anything is because you already have more coming in than the Government say you need to live on. Thye don't take outgoings into consideration.

Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton

to bunny and healy : do you think i honestly care about my grammar on a website ? (this is hardly a piece of academic literature )my god your both sad ,as for education in this country i pay for my own fee's .granted i take a student loan which will be paid back so dont see what your problem is .

ppl on here whining about benefits and how there so little and im getting grief about having sky and a mobile ,yet i dnt smoke and drink and are really the only treats we buy ourselves (and ill make the point again that these will be a no go from now on ) yet u can afford the internet hmmmmmmmm luxury ????? i think so .

i am simply making my point ,and i couldnt care less if u dnt agree with it .As for me stamping over ppl to get some help, i think you ought to read back and see we get nothing, i have not screamed and shouted at an official or benefits officer ,and i wouldnt ,my anger is at the situation and would never in my life be so disrespectful to someone doing their job.As ive pointed out previously i work in the public sector and verbally abused most days and know wot it feels like.

I do not think we are sad. Your should care about your spelling, grammar and punctuation on the forum because then people would find it easier to read what you have written. If you are capable of writing correctly then you should write correctly.

    I love you! ;)

OP, you state that you pay your own fees, have you really got to your final year without realising how heavily subsidised they are? If you are in any doubt, compare your fees to those of overseas students - then try to say that the govt does not help you!

why does every post turn into a slanging match?!!

we're supposed to be here to help each other.

As I've said on previous posts, if you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all, this girl just wants some help and advice on what to do for the best.
Its nobody's business how she chooses to live her life....

Is there anyway you could raise a bit of extra cash by having a clear out, selling stuff on the classified/ Gumtree and Pre loved are good, better than ebay, they have come in handy many a time for me when I've been a bit short.
Be who you are, say what you feel, those who mind don't matter, those who matter don't mind.
They say that talking to yourself is a sign of mental illness. So I talk to the cats instead.
