Still reading, The colour of law - enjoying it.
Went on a course the other day and they recommended three books, I was going to buy them but then I decided ask my hubby to get them from the library for me. He borrowed his first book in 15 years the other day. I am going to try and resist buying books for work, unless I can get my money back for them or they are very cheap from a charity shop.2025 Fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons

Finished another book before I went on holiday 'The pig in the evening suit' by RR Gall which was quite funny.
Currently reading 'Knit one, kill Two" but did not manage to get any read on holiday as we were so busy. However 5 weeks left before I go back to work so will hopefully manage another one or two in that time.

Have you read Divas don't knit by Gil McNeil, I liked it as it was set near to me, think there may be another with a similar theme.Carolbee0 -
Hello!
Not had much chance for reading recently, been so busy with work. Still reading On Beauty as a 'paper book' & The Wind in the Willows on my phone.
Some great sounding books being read by people on here....the urge for a book splurge is quite strong!
Happy reading

They are by Maggie Sefton and there are 9 books in the series. The first one seems quite good.
Will have to look out for the Gil McNeil and Kate Jacobs ones.0 -
Just got back from my aunt and uncles with 4 new books (well new to me). I could have had two more but I have already got them. I took one down to them. I also had the second hand book for my birthday come through the door. That makes 17 waiting to be read plus lots of ch. books. I also have lots that will be coming out of storage soon that my aunt gave me - I forgot about those!!!!2025 Fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons

No way will I have finished Lesley Riddoch's Blossom by Thursday (people are queueing to get hold of it so can't renew) but it was really cheap for Kindle (a ridiculous £ 1.19 ) - I made DD1 buy it so I can finish it when it goes back to the library...
Next will be "Dexter" I had started on the plane, which is very much like the TV show (obviously based on the books) I have seen a long time ago.First they ignore you, then they ridicule you, then they fight you, and then you win - Gandhi0 -
