Oh please, please, please let me join! I promise I won't be any trouble!
I'm a huge bookworm and am obsessed with libraries. I posted a few days ago and didn't spot you guys at the time!
I'm doing my A-Z Challenge (getting books alphabetically from the Library and trying to stay out of my comfort zone).
I started with Book of Tomorrow by Cecila Ahern and loved it. I'm now reading Love to Death by Patti Battison and its going well. I picked up a Gyles Brandreth novel called Oscar Wilde and the Ring of Death just in case....!
I've read all of the Charlaine Harris series and loved them! Eagerly awaiting the next book due in May and will just have to break my rules and purchase it as soon as it comes out rather than waiting for it to go sale 2nd hand etc.!!!

Don't know what to start next...0 -
:hello: lala! Nice to meet you - feel free to join in the fun!
I like the idea of an alphabetical book challenge...perhaps when I've finished my existing piles of books.
And FINALLY I have managed to finish 'The History' by Stephen Fry. At a hefty 575 pages, it took some getting through, but I must admit I wavered at many points during reading due to the ridiculous number of German language military terms and it seeming to drag a bit in the wartime German trench parts. I'm glad it's over. It was clever, but the shine wore off it a bit due to the sheer length and over-attention to detail in places. However, it rallied in the last hundred or so pages, and I flew through them like a hot knife through butter.
Clap rating: :T :T :TPlease call me 'Pickle'

I finished Eat Pray Love the other day - really enjoyed it. I much preferred it to the film.
I haven't bought any new books recently and have just listed a few old ones on eBay and amazon today.

Nearly finished City of Ashes - Cassandra Clare, i was reading it them remembered i have the audio book on my ipod...only have about an hour left to listen to. So i took the book back to the library (saw online that someone had reserved it after me - so they might as well have it sooner) and will listen to the audio book in bed tonight.
Also started Succubus Blues - Richelle Mead. Another library book, but i loved her Vampire Academy series, and this one is apparently a bit more adult, 100 pages in and i am liking it so far, so will probably reserve the rest of the series from the library too!0 -
Finished Succubus Blues - Richelle Mead! Loved it, cannot wait to get my hands on the rest of the series, hurry up Glasgow libraries and get my reservations sent so i can pick them up!!0

I've just finished "The Little Stranger" by Sarah Waters, I found it a bit slow going, it only got interesting towards the last quarter of the book and then it fizzled out.
Not sure what I'll start reading next.Always be yourself, unless you can be a Unicorn - then always be a Unicorn !
