Hi everyone, just home.
Locks getting changed by locksmith in half an hour
Don't have email addresses of the two ex lodgers so cant use that forum to write to them.
I am thinking of sending last text to say I do not want my current lodger involved and i will require a forwarding address of some sort to send money and breakdown of costs to. Then thats that, no other contact with them.0 -
true, where do I send that too! good point0

if they dont want to give an address - they could give bank details for a direct payment
I wouldnt do this as a paper trail would be better. Photocopy everything - particularly the postal order if you pay them by this method. Also ensure it's crossed so it has to be paid through a bank account.
How is the other lodgers relationship with them? She wouldnt 'lend' them her keys, would she or is she aware of the problems? How about letting them into the house? Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.
If you quote me, don't forget the capital 'M'

Hi Linda,
Mark the post as "not known at this address" and re-post......its up to them to get in contact with all the relevent people.
Best of luck with it all by the way.

It doesn't seem very safe to me to allow people free access to your home when you actually have no way of contacting them should they abscond. Do you not have a next of kin or employment address?Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -
yes have employment addresses and referee addresses0
-
in that case i would have no further contact with them, but i would send a postal order to their employers (registered post) post as soon as the bills arrive and you calculate the amounts.... then no further contact0
-
They are demanding a breakdown of bills too.
