  • I got £14 cashback tracked for the 2 phones on topcashback. Although I did put the two orders in seperately.

I received the pre pay package on Thursday 11 Feb and posted the phone in Sat 13 Feb, obtaining a certificate of proof of postage. According to Royal Mail tracking the package is still in is being progressed through our network for delivery. Does anyone know when the 10 days will be up - not sure if it is working days or not. I'm worried the package won't be delivered in time for me to get the £60 giftcard. Does anyone have any suggestions please?

I have 2 further phones to send in for the £60. I have received the phones. I ordered the pre pay return packages from Tesco on Saturday so hoping they will be sitting on the doormat when I get home later. Would it be worth when I send these two phones off, putting them in a bag and sending them special delivery? Thanks

I believe the 10 days are from when you receive the pre-pay envelope. I sent my phones separately by recorded delivery on Thursday 11 and received confirmatory email from Tesco on Monday.

Personally, I would not bother to send the phones by Special Delivery, but 75p extra each for them to go Recorded Delivery.

As the envelope is prepaid, do you just pay 75p per package? Also sending recorded rather than just obtaining a proof of postage, I wondered please what extra benefit that gave?

You only pay an extra 75p. I just did it for my piece of mind, just in case the phone was 'mislaid' in the post. You get no additional benefit over the stamped and signed COP.

I think you get £32 compensation if the package doesn't turn up as long as you get a proof of posting certificate, so if you send it registered post and it doesn't turn up are you entitled to the same amount of compensation? I just wondered what the difference between them was

I know it has been discussed previously but can anyone tell me how to get the £10 credit out of e2save ? I have tried the text number previously mentionned but no credit whatsoever on my sim. I am loathe to use the 0870 number given for them as I reckon I would end up spending nearly the amount I'm due ! and can't find another number. I take it that it's e2save rather than vodaphone that I need to chase. Any advice gratefully received !

dont chase the credit, it will chase you.

Wait 3 days from placing you order/receiving your phone, and it should automatically be added. If not just wait max 7 days and if no luck, then concider contacting e2save.

    Regards

Sent mine recorded also last week for peace of mind. Had confirmation from Tesco yesterday that they were received and £60 x 2 on it's way :)
  • If anyone, like me is still waiting for the Black one (Mines on back order).
I called e2save today to see when its back in stock and they were unsure but offered to send me a pink one instead (now £69 on their site) at no extra cost. I accepted as I have already received my envelopes from Tesco and running out of time.

    Hope this helps
