Expired Samsung B3310 £34.95, recyle via Tesco for £60 plus 200 cc

Can I just say THANKS! I bought a pink phone originally, and really liked it...but, with being a man n all pink didnt really suit me! So, I sent the pink one to tesco and recieved a confirmation email yesterday WOOHOO!!

I also got a cheap black one (courtesy of the link that someone posted after they had sold out). The lack one arived today and I'm very happy. (Just a case of resisting to send it to tesco for more vouchers and clubcard points!!)

Still not received my confirmation email even though I sent it off friday next-day-delivery! anyone in the same boat? I have just emailed to ask them whats going on.

My 5530 has been dispatched, the B3310 was on backorder so cancelled that as unlikely to get it before Tesco envelope runs out. Just bought a cheap Nokia phone second hand too for £11 and can recycle it on Tesco for £15 plus 200 points too!

My B3310 was on backorder but suddenly turned up yesterday - no email or anything - so don't give up yet. It's now winging its way to Mr T just inside the deadline. Phewww :beer:

I sent mine off on Saturday in the packet provided. I'd received the package a week ago today. I emailed them today as I've not heard anything, asking if they'd received it, and when my 10 days would be up.

The reply I got back was:
Thank you for your email.

Your mobile is not showing up as 'received' as yet, however, do bear in mind that mobiles come to us via a secure sorting house and are forwarded onto us regularly. Mobiles do not show up as received until they have actually been logged in/processed by our warehouse- at which point you will get a confirmation email.

I wouldn't worry just yet, as your mobile may still be awaiting processing. If you have received no communication by the end of next week please do get back in touch and we will do a further check.

Knowing my luck it'll turn up after the 10 days have passed since I received the Tesco packaging and I won't get the £60 giftcard. Not sure if you then get the £5 giftcard in the case.

Stryder, I'm still waiting for mine too, sent phone on Sat... They have prop got a backlog of phones to process due to all of us! I'm not worried... YET

I got an email today to say mine has been dispatched. I got the envelope from Tesco Wednesday so I hope I will be all ok to get it working and off to Mr T in good time.

Well I have, in theory, only until Monday. I assume they are closed on Saturday and on Sunday. However, I will be making the point it was sent next-day and they can not deny it was received with in 10 days! Glad I spent the fiver of Guaranteed Next Day Delivery!

I will get them to confirm that it is date stamped at the sorting office, and not there "warehouse" as it would be a con if they tried to say delays in their sorting office could invalidate it!

I sent mine Monday, a week after I applied for the envelope (was about 9pm, don't think they'd class that as the first day!) and have had no response yet but know it was delivered Tuesday by SD. I wonder when I'll hear... Think I'll wait until Monday to chase.
