I sent mine off on the 15th, started to worry today as still not heard anything so i emailed them just got a reply.

Your mobile is not showing up as 'received' as yet, however, do bear in mind that mobiles come to us via a secure sorting house and are forwarded onto us regularly. Mobiles do not show up as received until they have actually been logged in/processed by our warehouse- at which point you will get a confirmation email.

I wouldn't worry just yet, as your mobile may still be awaiting processing. If you have received no communication by the end of the week please do get back in touch and we will do a further check.

I am sure my time is nearly up so will have to be a little more patient.

I think a few people are worried, including me!

BUT they have said the parcels are "time stamped" when they arrive at the sorting hose and therefore it should be fine even if you do not get the email within 10 days

I have never used Tesco recycle, but I have used the Boots service which took 2 weeks to show as received.

I sent them an email with the IMEI numbers about 4 hours ago, I do not know if that has ANYTHING to do with it? I doubt they would say if it did.

I always send recorded, even if envelope includes this, I got email phone received and giftcard email within days of sending, plus a signature from royal mail tracking website(80p well spent) still got a few day's for gift card to turn up before I start to get worried. Still under the illusion all will go ok.
