Morning all - sounds like a great birthday floyd. :D

I have had a rubbish week and undone all the good work so far. Trying to get back with the program today but finding it difficult. The snow days brought on a frenzy of cups of tea and biscuits and cake and prawn cocktail crisp sandwiches. Had terrible tummy ache yesterday! Was supposed to get hair done yesterday but snow stopped everything so feeling more rubbish cos my hair is so trampy. And got to go to a birthday do next week when I have no nice clothes, no money, carp hair and am fat. Trying not to use this as a trigger to stuff. :(

Doing ok so far but it's only 10am.

    B: clementine and banana (100)

L: 2 slices crustless toast (100) and 2 medium boiled eggs (150) with scraping of flora light.

T: salad with tablespoon coleslaw and tuna/sweetcorn (300)

D: 2 quorn sausages, boiled potatoes, mixed veg and gravy (500)

Thought I would start including a teatime option as I can never seem to last between lunch and dinner lol.
2015 wins: Jan: Leeds Castle tickets; Feb: Kindle Fire, Years supply Ricola March: £50 Sports Direct voucher April: DSLR camera June: £500 Bingo July: £50 co-op voucher

Happy Birthday to Floyd, Happy Birthday to Floyd, happy birthday for y-e-s-t-e-r-d-a-y, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!!!!!

I had the month off in Nov for my birthday, so a day is terribly controlled .

Well I haven't posted for a few days as not been very good :o I bought a pack of biscuits because I wanted to - which shows no control at all..... Have also eaten late due to one thing and another. So going to give myself a kick up the bottom (I'd like to say you can all join in - but I could end up with a sore behind :D).

I promise to get organised for next week so that I have meals planned and don't end up eating carbs after 10pm.

    Have a good weekend all.
  • Happy Belated Birthday Floyd! Sounds like you had a good day. :)

I'm still on the sweet stuff. Yesterday I had a hot cross bun, one of those chocolate covered cornflake things and 3 mini yum yums. :( Then went for 3 pints after training. Was nice to get out though as I've not really been out in about a week.
Hoping to do slightly better today but not looking forward to my WI this weekend. I'm tempted to skip it this week!

    Good morning all .
Happy birthday for yesterday floyd, mmmmm loved the treats .
Don't worry Taplady I'm not weighing in till the end of the month and no matter what, I won't blame you - promise :D.

Pleased to report no unplanned nibbles yesterday although DD has nearly driven me to food today. When can I come and hoover her house before tomorrow evening and will I help her decorate her lounge and stair way in the next three weeks. I thought that's what her husband was for . It probably comes from me not having any family to call on when I was her age, but I feel a bit put upon. Sorry to sound like I'm moaning.

Anyway today it was porridge for breakie
Lunch should be chicken and salad but it may change as I'm feeling cold. So it could be soup or egg on toast (with a teacake to follow :shhh:)
Tea is leek and bean casserole with sweet potato topping. Nice warm, comfort food and very high in veggies, ,lovely.

Hope the weekend's good for us all - not too bumpy on the wagon, says she holding on by her fingernails :D.

WI today...and I stayed the same :j ...a good result really as I have been yo-yoing for most of this year so far. Also, considering the c**p I have been eating the past week....I am quite pleased (I suppose!:D)

Lent starts next week, so determined to try and steer away for the sweet stuff right up to Easter...at least that is the plan! I know once I can manage a few days, it will get easier...at least I hope so! ;)

    Food for today:

B: Porridge (h-h water & soya millk) with sultanas and OJ
S: one sultana bun (low sugar HM one)
L: DS2 (TED day) is asking ofr French toast! A poached egg for me!, banana
    S: Tangerine
T: Gammon (from boiled hock, yummmm), mashed pot & veg
    S: Fruit or porridge

    Have a good weekend folks

Right off to help DS2 "sort" his bedrrom....it always looks like a bomb has hit it!

PS Happy Birthday for yesterday Floyd!!

Anyone else feeling really hungry today?
I could just eat a packet crisp & choccy bar lol
  • Well done :T to all who have lost or stayed the same & hugs to anyone who has gained or struggling a bit at the minute.

Weigh-in day for me today and I'm pleased to say I've lost 2lbs.....that's a total of 7.75lbs

I'm weighing 16st 1.25lbs now (still very big I know :o), so not far to go to the 15st something mark. My jeans are getting looser now....I have to keep pulling them up :j:j

    Food today......

BREAKFAST - Branflakes with semi-skimmed milk.

LUNCH - 5 crackers (Jacobs tub left from xmas) with light philly.

DINNER - Chicken, beansprouts, red pepper, onions, mushrooms, noodles & thai sweet chilli sauce all stir-fried in the wok.

Also had numerous cups of tea & coffee. Going to try to resist the call of the Vino tonight and save it for tomorrow instead :p

Have a great weekend folks
