Afternoon Ladies,
After having done so well lately I blew it big time at the weekend, and then that slipped into Monday tooBut, I'm trying really hard again today so that's good. Have had really really bad belly ache all day which is all because I've eaten so much. Also, and I'm really ashamed to say this, I've had the "Eggy Burps" that you get when you binge
or is that just me?
Anyway, I've been good today and dinner is in the oven so not gonna be a stupid frog and blow it nowI texted Tappy last night because I WANTED a CCE (Can't even bring myslf to write it out in full) and you'll never guess what she said? She didn't say "no no you naughty Frog you can't have one!" She said "GO and get one then!" and I thought, "oh, really, well, not sure that I want one that much tbh. It seams that if I'm given permission, I can do without it. SO I didn't get one. And I didn't buy one today either. Hmm wonder what that says about me?

Awwww @ tappy and frogga, so cute the pair of you. It's terrible how the weekend naughtiness leaks into the rest of the week isn't it frogga? My weekend often begins thursday night and ends tuesday.
Stuck to plan so far today, but OH has had stressful week at work (2 days :cool: ) so is bringing vodka and coke and a dvd of family guy home. I will probably have a few drinks but he is under strict no choc or cigs instructions.
Waitrose had my free moussaka :T. I am veggie normally but we are so skint I can't really turn my nose up at free food. Today food is:
porridge with water /splash of milk for colour, tsp sugar
small tin tomatoes with 2 slices of toast
afternoon, 2 rich tea biccy`s
fish pie with 3 lots of veg
plus been on wii for 20mins

Lost 2lbs at weigh-in last night so have 2lbs more to go to reach my birthday target of 42lbs
2 more weigh-ins to achieve it...
Today:
Breakfast - Porridge
Lunch - Soup, HM Bran Muffin
Dinner - Chilli Con Carne
No snacks this week as I'm having a Chinese on Saturday in a buffet restaurant so want to be able to eat what I want!!

Bleurgh, enjoyed myself too much last night. Didn't mop it up with crisps and chocolate though. Today:

Yesterday was quite a good day for me, managed to avoid the delicious HM cake and had a small portion of semolina + fruit for pudding instead. Today I'm going to be on best behaviour all day because OH and I are off out to the cinema tonight (Orange Wednesdays :money:) and I'm going to allow myself some pick&mix sweets- my biggest weakness! Luckily my local Tesco have a small pick&mix section which is MUCH cheaper per 100g than the cinema so I'll pick up a small pot on my lunchbreak and leave it hidden away in my car until we go out this evening. I know if I even consider having the p&m in my handbag in the office it would be gone by 5.30pm! OH knows I'm a sweet fiend but he won't be best pleased if I go home empty handedSo, in damage control mode today...
B: Porridge made with water, half banana, sprinkle of dried cranberries
L: HM sweet chilli chicken + salad roll, mullerlight yog, pear
Snack: Apple2 egg omlette packed with veggies - onion, tomatoes, mushrooms, sweetcorn etc
Snack: Sweeties!!!!
Exercise: Determined to fit in a 5K run at the gym between finishing work, dinner and the cinema tonight. Like I said, damage control!!!

Floyd - sounds like an inner ear problem caused by flying- hope it clears up soon.
Frogga sorry the toad got to you. Wishing you well for the rest of the week.
I investigated "food addicts in recovery" meetings 2 years ago when I got up to 14 stone with binging which is not pretty at 5ft.
Trouble is it is its based at evangelican church with the whole 12 steps, God/higher being thing . I have no faith and you get a fervent christian sponsor who is "on your case" and makes you plan and account for each day.
I'd rather be accountable to you all!
