    Morning all.

It's a week today since I went shopping with dd and got depressed about the state of myself. I've had 7 days of careful eating. Got on the scales this morning and find I'm 1.95kg lighter than last Monday morning. I can't believe it! I suspect it's the case of losing water the first week as well, but even so I'm quite pleased.

Breakfast as normal, yoghurt, honey and banana with nutmeg on the top. Have been asked to work for a few blocks today, so that will keep me out of a certain amount of mischief.

Lunch - there is soup and salad in the fridge.

Dinner, will have a lot of veg with it, because I have a lot in!

    Have a good day!

I lost the waggon over the weekend too!!

Ended up with take away curry on friday, but a thali for 2 actually lasted Fri, twice on sat & sunday lunch for me & fella :)

Had people over sunday evening so had beef goulash for dinner and cheesecake for afters, also drank far too much over the whole weekend, but no wine left in the house so I should be ok for the weekdays.

    Plan for today:
    B: cereal
L: ham salad sandwich & crisps
    S: choc mousse - only 88 cals!
    D: toad in the hole

    Plan for tomorrow
    B: cereal
L: tuna sandwich & crisps (bit of a down fall of mine so buy small shops own)
    S: choc mousse
D: pasta with chopped toms, bacon & herbs.

Hope everyone had a great weekend (on or off the waggon) and good luck for the week ahead.
  • Morning everyone!!

I managed to go lane swimming twice over the weekend and do a brisk 20 minute walk so am hoping tomorrow's weigh-in will be a good one. Stayed the same last week even though I'd tried hard so hopefully it'll pay off this time :D

    Today:

Breakfast - Cereal and SS Milk
    Snack - Yogurt
Lunch - Soup, HM Bran Muffin
Dinner - Breaded Chicken with Savoury Rice

I've stayed the same this week :D Usually nothing to be pleased about but considering what I've eaten this weekend I'm very happy :D Will be trying harder this week as the "diet" stuff starts to make an appearance as none-healthy stuff starts to be finished ;)

Suffice to say my dieting halo has been round my ankles again :o. Fatal to take DH anyway near a supermarket and the lure of teacakes and packs of Chip Shop fish and chips proved too much. He and DS4 are germ ridden so hence the trip to stock up on remedies. Not too bad other than that.
A friend has given me the dog whispers book and to my horror I've found myself guilty of a catalogue of errors with junior. The upshot being I have a high energy dog in a medium energy household = one frustrated dog. So this means alot more walking for me especially at both my males are coughing and sneezing suffering from man flu! Oh well it will help offset the teacakes, says she walking round pretending to be a warrior queen exuding calm assertive energy as pack leader :rotfl::rotfl:. I must sound barking mad. Woof.
Well done BenW, purpleskies and purpleivy, fantastic :T. Also nicki for STS despite the temptations, it's so hard.
Good luck today all, fingers crossed.

Well, dinner had very little veg in it. DS suggested we had scrambled eggs on toast. I did have quite a few tomatoes with it though, no butter on the toast, flora in the egg and counted! THis was quite good, as it meant that I was able to indulge in a couple of choc hobnobs that someone brought to sewing club. I ate them so slowly! All counted in as well.

So day 8 is over. Taplady, I would love to do some baking but I don't think this would be a very good idea.

Well done all the losers! Purpleivy - a trip round the clothes shops nearly always makes me suicidal. Won't it be nice for it to be a fun thing one day? ;)

Stuck to plan yesterday so am very pleased. Also battled through the rain and sleet to get to kiddie yoga so got some exercise there. Today will be more difficult as will be stuck at home today due to weather and lack of funds but will try not to graze too much - plenty of fruit in if I must.

B: Clementine and one slice of nimble toast spread with laughing cow extra light cheese triangle. (100)

L: small salad and potato wedges (400)

D: hoping for a free moussaka from waitrose, I got a coupon for it but they've not had any in stock  (loads)

    S: apple, options hot chocolate
