Self sabotage in operation today, needed crisps but couldn't stop at one pack, or two, or three - ended at 5 and felt sooo yuk. Why Why Why?
Tomorrow is another day. Off to bed now promise to do better.
Been there, done that......crisps are my downfall too0 -
My name is Floyd and I have had cake for every meal today
No I'm not kidding, today is my birthday so I have eaten what I like
B: 1 scone with jam and clotted cream
11's: Chocolate torte (shared slice)
L: 1 scone with jam and cream
3's: Half a farmers market corned beef pie with HP sauceEither the other half of the corned beef pie with beans or a carton of vegetable soup or perhaps another scone, who knows :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I have lots of fresh fruit but for some reason it just doesn't appeal ! I'm in work until late so I shall eat things to make my birthday fabulous and get back on the wagon tomorrow :A
P.S The dizziness has almost gone, must be the cake that fixed it0 -
Floyd - Happy Birthday! I wholly approve of the cake consumption, that's what birthdays are for afterall! Enjoy the rest of your day0

Hi
Went swimming for first time in ages, managed 30 lengths.
No too bad today, felt very hungry in the morning whilst at work so ate too many sweeties from the jar. Oh well, they are only small and I can't pig out because they're not mine, have to leave some for colleagues. .Had strawberry yogurt followed by a hazelnut yogurt when I got home. Kids finished the last of the crisps so couldn't repeat yesterdays dumbness. Had quorn stir fry for diner with noodles. Very nice. Off to bed now.
Oh Happy Birthday Floyd:bdaycake:WL 11 st 5lb as at 050109. 160209 11st 2lb

Morning all - it's Friday! :j:beer:
Feeling very tired after a busy week but looking forward to a relaxing weekend ahead. OH and I are planning a nice 'suprise' meal at home on Sunday for Valetines instead of gifts etc - I'm doing starter and main and he's doing dessert. We've already laid down rules that whatever we cook has to be a) MSE b) healthy and c) something we don't have regularly. I've already got my courses planned (butterbean+lemon pate with melba toasts to start, feta and spinach canelloni and salad for mains) and I'm looking forward to seeing what OH comes up with. I've done a lot of exercise this week (run 30k  since sunday) so I'm not too bothered if I indulge a littleToday's plan...
B: Porridge made with water, chopped pear and dried fruit on top
L: Light cream cheese + cucumber on HM roll, mullerlight yog, banana
Snack: PearChicken cacciatore with new potatoes and steamed veg (friends coming for dinner)
Snack: No doubt there'll be some after-dinner chocs or something sweet, I'll try to resist though.
Exercise: Maybe a 20min walk on my lunchbreak, but not it the weather is rubbish. Think I deserve a day off anyway.
Hope everyone has a nice weekend0
