Creeps on...very ashamed...put on another 2 pounds! :eek::mad::eek:
Not really surprising...not been able to walk much this week thanks to my crushed toe...got my trainers on for the first time in two weeks yesterday. A bit tight with the dressing as the toe is still weeping, but getting there.
I also had two meals out in the past week: last Friday lunch and then this Wednesday evening...very scrummy, but not very "healthy", too much cream methinks!!
I am going to go back to the Paul McKenna book to try and stop me from eating chocolate...FOREVER! I just can't seem to have "just one peice"...it sets me off to eating masses...and I hate myself for it. I think I can survive the rest of my life without chocolate...if it works that is!! Oh I hope so!
Right...off to find that book...!
Have a grat weekend everyone.

I know the feeling - my boys know when I'm on a diet because we dont have chocci digestives in the house (I dont stop at just one or two!!!) or proper crisps instead I buy quavers or monster munches (I dont like them so wont eat them!!!) and I've also asked the boys not to leave chocolates on the table near where I sit (they can have them but not leave them sitting around or they might disappear!!!)2010 has got to be better than the last two years!! :rotfl:
Weight loss to date: 3 Stone & 5lbs!! Weight loss this week: 2 lbs !!:j0 -
We have more chocolate stuff etc about these days as DS2 is a serious rugby player and diabetic too, so needs to have plenty of high-sugar/high-carbs stuff about the house for when he goes hypo...which can be often. Lots of bags of fun-size bars to keep him going...which are soooo easy to munch on!!
Had some bad news tonight, so off to have a bit of a mope.

Urghhhhhhh why do I do this to myself?
Following a rubbish day I went out with work folk again and this time we had mexican food, I ate too much for dinner and had 2 Cornettos later on :eek:
I am starting to become a food snob as whenever I eat out I am quite often disappointed with my meal as I think I can do much better. Tonight was one of those times where everything just tasted bland and really unsatisfying. Never mind, off to farmers market tomorrow to buy good fresh food and do some cooking
B: Bran Flakes with banana and semi skimmed milk
L: Egg sandwich (absolutely vile) and a bag of Skips crispsShared nachos, chicken burrito (horrid and bland) 2 cornettos
S: 1 piece of bakewell tart
Have a good weekend all0 -
morning!
got the weekend off:j
(((hugs))) to keiss - commiserations on the weight gain and sorry you've had bad news x
Floyd - hope you get some nice grub at the farmers market!:)
Meanmarie - my DH always says this to me "there's no shame in staying the same":D keep persevering and it'll soon show results! x
yesterday I ate too much cake at the party but otherwise not too bad a day.
plans for today
B - WW toast and boiled egg
L - quorn burger(red onion one) salad and a small jacket spud
D - tiny slice veggie pizza, salad, couple of croquettes
plus fruit as usual.
hope everyone has a good weekend xDo what you love :happyhear0 -
the 400 meringues which have been the bane of my diet will be out of the house today so temptation will be gone! For now!People seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.
