I feel like i have let myself down & am really struggling with saying no to snacking on choc & sweets today. Feel like a big massive blob & want to cry for not having the willpower to say no

Hi all
rainbowfairydust - nooo....you are doing so well! Remember what a good feeling it is to lose weight and feel healthier - that is what I try to do.
I know it does feel like a battle sometimes. I still really need to get a couple of good days under my belt to set me going again. I'm fafffing around a bit, the odd biscuit, the odd slice of kid's pizza, just enough to sabotage myself!
Tomorrow is a new day....August Shopping Challenge. 26/8. Budget £250 Spent £256.81.. £6.81 over. So £0.00 a day left.0 -

Hello, my latest 'find' pre sliced cheese. I've always ranted that I hated the stuff - but- its all measured out. The slice I would have cut and estimated at 80k bears no relation to the real slice.
Thank goodness its warm again. BBQ tonight, I had a Quorn pepperd steak thing and lashings of salad. (Low cal Italian dressing).
UnluckyT - Hello, you are where I was on 1st March. I've now lost the first stone - (14.7 now) just hang on in there, take each day as it comes. How are you planning to do it? Do you have a set diet?
Best wishes0 -
Hello all,
Am creeping back as I saw that even the green monster (sorry Frogga) has been here since I have been!
Unfortunately the weight has crept up and I am now around 14 st 12 lbs.....no clothes to wear and fed up with myself....getting less active as I get fatter.
Hope to try to post every day

Welcome to all the newbies...you'll get lots of help here if you have any questions/queries.
Well, yesterday, I didn't eat any chocolate...at all!! :j This is the first day for well over a month now, going to try again today. If I just go for one day at a time, I am hoping that I will manage a week..then, who knows!!
Have more gardening to do today, but also need to check the freezer, fridge and cupboard contents today so I can make meal plans for the rest of the month, as well as a shopping list for tomorrow. I have found that this has helped immensely in avoiding eating c**p (except the dreaded c....!), not to mention keeping my food spending down. It is working so far..so now for the next two weeks.
Things should be easier now as DS2 goes back to school tomorrow, and DS1 heads off to Uni next weekend. Also, with the better weather, salads are becoming much more appealing. We plan on BBQ-ing our chicken tonight...our first of the year! That and a baked potato with veg...sound good to me!
Have a great day everyone.
