Morning all
Food not particularly good over the weekend, DH and I both had a bit of a bug so feeling very under the weather and in need of comfort foods.
Back on the diet wagon today though, and hoping to have a good week - we're going away to Norfolk on Friday - Wednesday for a family celebration of my uncle's 60th (my aunt and uncle are my surrogate parents). Several celebration meals/cakes etc, but will also do a lot of running around after my nieces and nephew, plus lots of country walks and a day of sailing etc, so hoping not to do too much damage!
Today's meals:
Breakfast: muller breakfast corner
Lunch: salami sandwich on 2 small slices of bloomer, fruit corner, apple, pear, satsuma
Dinner: small portion of pasta, and pesto with herby feta, spinach and broccoliLittle monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -

D - hm veg curry, tbspn basmati rice
Snacks - melon, pear, mineola, mini cornetto - maybe
Exercise - 1 hour pulm exercise. No gardening as it's raining - so much for the forecast Indian summer!
Have a good day everyone0 -
Sulking today as I stayed the same , ah well here's hoping for a good week this week
b - 20 g corned beef, 2 slices wholemeal bread

Weight has been fluctuating dramatically this last week (mostly upwards) despite the fact that I know I haven't gone over enough to cause it so I can only assume it's a TOTM thing. The beginning of the month my weight was going down really quickly but the last week it's sometimes been over a lb up the next day. Apparently these frustrating fluctuations are normal in menstruating women, it's probably best to take an average from month to month to get an accurate picture of weight loss. I know all this, but I still get upset when I step on the scales in the morning and I'm half a lb heavier than yesterday!
Blondy24 Well done on the 2lb loss
Rosewood I have added you to the challenge
Newbies - welcome to the thread, if you want to join the challenge please read back through the thread to see how it works then PM me and I'll add you. If you don't want to join in that's fine, it's not what the thread is about and I'm sure you'll still find a lot of help, support and advice here.
Had BBQ yesterday, was very restrained with the meat - only had chicken (no skin) and tried not to have too much bread...
Breakfast - 2 crumpets (have switched back to Tesco ones as they are smaller, the Warburtons ones are lovely and fat but have 1/3 more calories than the Tesco ones), spread and marmalade. 80g grapes (I'm trying to have more fruit!)
Lunch - Will share tin of soup with DD
Dinner - Pasta and sauce with LO chicken from BBQJune Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

Afternoon All,
It's another beautiful day here and I had a lovely walk this morning. Part of it is down an old railway track and the light quality was just amazing. We've had a cooked lunch as DH has to work later so it will be a light tea for me tonight. Thanks for adding me to the challenge RAGZ.
B: Milky coffee
L: Wrap filled with chicken, onions, garlic, mushrooms, HG red pepper all cooked with creme fraiche , HG spinach and HG cherry tomatoes. Oat and sultana fruit slice. Pear.
T: Poached egg on toast. Greek yoghurt with lemon juice and Splenda.
Exercise: I've had a 7 mile walk this morning. I've also got a walk to work and a short walk to shops this afternoon planned which will be another mile or so. I didn't get up in time to do my DVD this morning and had thought I might do it this afternoon when DH went to work, but he's not going till later now and I'll be at work then so won't get it done today.

Weighing in - stayed the same.
I am over it already, but have decided to look at calories more closely to pin-point where to cut back. I have exercised today so that is going well.
Good luck this week everyone.
Healthy eating aim per day: 3 fruits, 3 or more vegetables, 3 low-fat dairy portions, 3 starch portions, 2-3 lean protein portions.
Weekly aim: to include 2 portions of fish (one oily), some nuts, seeds, beans and pulses.0 -
Afternoon all.
I'm not feeling particularly sparkly today - I'm still getting over a cold, the cat was a nuisance all night so I feel tired, then I snapped at him so I feel guilty as well.On the plus side, the weather's nice and I'm not at work.
Breakfast - peanut butter and banana sandwich on HM bread
Lunch - cheese and onion pasty (:o - it just looked so nice in the shop); handful of pistachio nuts; two baby apples
Dinner - tomato, chickpea and salami chilli
Exercise - a brief mooch up to the shops earlier, and some very half-hearted (probably quarter-hearted, tbh) gardening this afternoon.
I'm loving all theon the challenge post - very well done, all! :T

Hi everyone, i would like to join in on the thread please if i can? I have put on about 2 stone recently and can't fit into any of my clothes
I am struggling a lot due to various health problems, medication and a lifetime of bad eating habits!
I went to see a dietitian today and have instructions to keep a food diary - i have been taking part in some other challenges on here and found them very helpful so thought this one might help me with the weight issues
I think i would like to aim for 14lbs by Christmas......I am currently 10st 13.2lbs so to be 9st something would be wonderful
I have to confess to having never been on a diet in my life (yes i was one of those skinny people who could eat anything!!) so i'm hoping to learn a bit on here as well
Today i have eaten:
B - Cereal with soy milk
S - handfuls of pumpkin seeds
L - 2 Muller corners
S - 2 icelollies
D - Pastie Bap with onion ring, cheese and mayo ( OH brought it home for me, BUT i didn't eat any chips!)
Just about to go and get an apple.....
