Evening all - back from my four days at the caravan - all went well, sticking to my eating plan, until today! We went for a run to Ripon market before setting off back home at tea-time. We decided we would have late lunch there and I was all set to have a salad - but somehow a huge plate of beer battered haddock, chips and peas appeared in front of me! Not content with that I then succumbed to a box of Thorntons mini caramel shortbread squares! So tomorrow will be a serious damage limitation day and I shall brave the scales on Saturday! You are all doing so well with your weight losses I am hanging my head in shame!"If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"0

If you fancy trying the soy yoghurts, I also like the Peach and Pear Alpro ones that come in a 4pack even though I have never been a fan of fruity yoghurts - but DH and DDs love all the flavours.
Thanks Boodle, will try those, shopping later.

Thank you everyone for all the lovely comments, I am on a bit of a high but won't feel 'safe' til I've lost a few more lb - perhaps I should go on another cruise, you walk miles on those ships
Hope everyone's got the same weather as we have here0 -
Afternoon all.
sparrer - very well done! :T:j
I had my weekly weigh-in this morning and it's STS. I'm actually very pleased with that as I haven't eaten particularly well and have done next to no exercise all week - the fact I haven't put any weight on bodes well for the end of my diet (which is a long way off, but I like to plan ahead!)
Last night's dinner changed as I came home early from work feeling ill and couldn't face cooking: luckily I always keep HM ready meals in the freezer so I had a portion of Greek lamb stew rather than succumbing to the temptation to buy pizza. :A Washing it down with the glass of wine I had intended to use for making dinner was less angelic, however!
Today goes:
B - none - I phoned in sick and went back to bed, and didn't wake up in time to eat breakfast (well, if you can't sleep late when you're ill, when can you do it?)
L - two white rolls (the 'cook yourself' variety which I got cheap from Approved Foods) with boiled egg, salad cream and cucumber; handful of cherry tomatoes
S - FF yoghurt with HG blackcurrants stewed with honey
D - macaroni cheese with bacon and mushrooms; two apricots (the ones from yesterday which I didn't get round to eating)
If I'm still feeling ill I might treat myself to a hot toddy before bed - any excuse, eh?
Have a good day, all.Back after a very long break!0 -
Sorry you're poorly CCP, well done for STS.
I am feeling rather slim today after wearing a pair of trousers that I've either never worn having bought at a jumble sale to Slim In To or wore so long ago I don't remember. I found I had run out of belt holes and my jeans were falling down, so gave these a go and they fit great! Very happy with myself! Not so happy that the white linen trousers I bought in Asda yesterday fit perfectly but are so see through I can't wear them even with white or nude undies. Will have to return.
Today
- Toast
- Ryevita minis and RF humous
- Choc mousse x 2
- Club bar
- Eton mess (fat free, HM version)
- Gammon, new potataoes, carrots, asparagus, peas, gravy.
Dreadful food intake, I know.
Had pudding before dinner as I won't actually have dinner until DH gets home but I was hungry and had planned a pudding anyway so I thought better to eat that than extra!June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500
