afternoon :D well done on the loss little moog and welcome back ccp!

well i made the mistake of jumping on the scales this morning. it was 2lb up on last week! to be honest, that could have been worse after my birthday weekend. i hope to have got that back down before fridays official WI
food wise, did ok yesterday. doing ok today but feeling hungrier than usual!

    the plan:
2 x wm toast with spread & wafer thin ham
    cherries
last of the quinoa with lf feta & veg, bag of quavers
    more cherries
dinner will be late after swimming, i will have to have a snack when i feed the children at tea time.
dinner will be: lean pork steak with ratatouille and a couple of new pots.

that looks like a lot of food, more snacks than usual but i will be swimming at least 45 lengths.

    have a good day

I'm feeling a little guilty this afternoon as, after eating my nice LF sandwich and soup lunch, I decided I was still hungry and ate the pack of olives, then mopped up the marinade with the chunk of bread I'd bought in to work (it was to go with the salad I didn't have) and ate that too. :o I suppose a piece of bread and some garlicky dipping oil isn't too bad, but it's still extra food I didn't need. I must do better! :o;)

    Morning all.

I'm struggling a bit at the moment - I don't know whether it's because I'm ill, or TOTM, or a combination of both, but I've suddenly developed a craving for sweet things: I don't usually have a remotely sweet tooth so it's all a bit odd. I'm eating a lot of bananas and dried fruit, but I think I'm going to have to give in and bake something cakey eventually - possibly on Sunday as that's my birthday. (I can make myself a birthday cake!)

    Today goes:

B - porridge with banana and a drizzle of maple syrup
    S - two apricots
L - LO tuna pesto pasta
S - the last of the lovely, juicy organic cherries
D - bacon, mushroom and onion supreme with brown rice and purple sprouting broccoli; possibly a few pieces of fudge if the craving for something sweet gets too bad ;)

Exercise - I'll try for a walk again at lunchtime but my cough's getting worse so I don't know if I'll be able to face it :o

    morning all
woke up with a major urge to bake today, so have made a tray of oat bakes and a lemon drizzle cake for DH to take sailing with him at the weekend. will try and resist eating any of the bake while slicing it up later :o

    Meals today:
Breakfast: cereal, yoghurt and dried apricots
Lunch & dinner - not sure! Off to MK shopping with DH over lunch, so we'll probably eat there, and then we're going to my family for dinner.

Exercise: walking around milton keynes shops, always exhausting!

Morning all, weigh day for me and am so pleased I didn't change my sig earlier in the week when I'd lost a whole lb after my holiday, cos this morning the scales read 11st .1.3lb - or so I thought at first glance. I'm so used to looking at the last numbers I didn't think to look at the stones ones, but when I got off the scales it was flashing 10 st. 13.1lb :T!!!!! I'm so happy I think I could even tackle the ironing mountain ! Haven't been under 11 for years, so thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone on this forum for the encouragement, it really is working.

Here's to a good week for everyone, hope you achieve whatever you're aiming for :)

Sparrer Huge congratulations, what a milestone, I bet that feels great! Well done you for all the hard work that got you there!

Today went to pot as my run went badly (mp3 player broke and I got awful stomach ache) so I've had some junk.
