mope mope mope. I've been really good all week (aside from two slices of pizza) and have put on a kilo!
I am close to the end of my tether!0 -
Slowlyfading - great start to the new week.
Do you use stock with your quinoa Vixtress? I love using quinoa but do find it a little bland sometimes so some inspiration to make it more interesting would be very welcome!
Newlywed you know some generous people! Congrats on the weight loss.
I was beginning to let temptation in so thought it was time to have a weigh in at boots (trying not to have too many cos have to pay). Had lasagna for tea last night and strawberry laces that i found in a packet behind a cushion and a packet of Walkers crisps! Today i ate lots of sandwiches whilst out too. It's nearly 2 weeks since I started watching what I eat and I have lost 6lb. Must be mainly due to excess water / start of diet etc.
Exercise: I've walked for 6 hours today but it was a slow pace around Legoland and Trafford Centre0
