Apparently if they're not shrieking 'No coach parties please!' when you stand on them, you're still winning :)

2 rye crispbread (Lidl) with Marmite and LF soft cheese for breakfast. May summon enthusiasm to make soup for lunch, especially as DD loves soup too.

    Afternoon all :)

    Today:

B: val museli, milk, dried apricot, prune.

S: nat yog (3.7% fat, onken natural smooth and creamy one...divine...like double cream, got to like it to sustain it as they say. I buy the big pot to last the week), nectarine.

L: wholemeal granary end crust, toasted with 15g val. peanut butter.
    S: carrot sticks
D: Veg omlette, salad, kidney beans, new pots.

    Exercise:
30 mins fitness coach on wi, plus some faffing around on the big gym ball thingy. Needs pumping up really, rather too bouncy at the moment.

    Ta ta :)
Healthy eating aim per day: 3 fruits, 3 or more vegetables, 3 low-fat dairy portions, 3 starch portions, 2-3 lean protein portions.
Weekly aim: to include 2 portions of fish (one oily), some nuts, seeds, beans and pulses.

I've finally had an okay day :)

    b - HM banana smoothie
l - ham salad with hummus
d - 2 chicken fajitas with salad, 1 HM shortbread biscuit with raspberries

Could have been better, but definitely much better than recent days :)

mope mope mope. I've been really good all week (aside from two slices of pizza) and have put on a kilo!
I am close to the end of my tether!
  • Slowlyfading - great start to the new week.

Do you use stock with your quinoa Vixtress? I love using quinoa but do find it a little bland sometimes so some inspiration to make it more interesting would be very welcome!

Newlywed you know some generous people! Congrats on the weight loss.

I was beginning to let temptation in so thought it was time to have a weigh in at boots (trying not to have too many cos have to pay). Had lasagna for tea last night and strawberry laces that i found in a packet behind a cushion and a packet of Walkers crisps! Today i ate lots of sandwiches whilst out too. It's nearly 2 weeks since I started watching what I eat and I have lost 6lb. Must be mainly due to excess water / start of diet etc.

Exercise: I've walked for 6 hours today but it was a slow pace around Legoland and Trafford Centre :D
