I won't be challenging myself to a specfic target for June either as we're on holiday in a couple of weeks too, and there's too much in the way of other things going on here as well. I shall just do my best to stick to the plot, but I am not going to beat myself up about it if there are a few waverings. Business much as usual :)

Well done to all who met their May targets, and good luck to those challenging themselves to one for June :)

Im going to set myself a goal of 7 pounds in June. Today will hopefully give me a head start as Im nil by mouth for the majority of the day as I have to have a procedure:(
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

    Morning All

Congrats to the losers and shrinkers, vibes if you need them.

Am back from my visit to M&D at the seaside. Did LOTS of walking (ate lots of chips, drank too much alcohol) even did a C25K session along the seafront on Saturday morning. Bracing to say the least, especially on the return leg, but very enjoyable.

I'd like to join the June Challenge please - is it 7lb?

    Today's plan/already had

    Br - toast, cuppa tea
    Sn - nice plum
Lu - lunchtime-sized portion of HM lasagne
    Sn - cereal bar
D - spicy chicken, HM spicy spud slicey things (saute?), feta salad with some home grown salad leaves which seem to have grown enourmously from Friday to now, must've been the rain

Walking - not much cos eye infection back which has given me a monster headache made worse by the sunlight so have spent most of the morning wearing sunglasses at work! :cool2:

    Thursday
Br - Mr M's own brand w33tab!x, banana
    sn - nice plum
    Lu - Cheese salad sarnie
    Sn - 'nother plum
D - hummous (sp), pepper, carrot & cucumber sticks, pitta, yog

Walking - hopefully half hour lunchtime walking club (eye permitting, perhaps I should get a patch)

Anyway, it's June 1st today so June Challenge Time .

If I am realistic I'd put down to stay the same weight for June and not to gain, as that would be a good achievement. My weight has stayed almost the same for a while now but my clothes are getting looser. I'd like to think I am building up muscle somwehere underneath all the lard, but I fear that actually its just all sliding southwards and the only reason my trousers are loose is becasue when I next see them my feet will be enormous balloons!

Bfast - scrambled egg mushrroms, avacado (late start at work today, makes all the difference!)
    Lunch - small salad
    Tea - HM veggie curry
    Snack - japanese rice crackers
To those who are given much, much is expected

          1. Hello all,

Well that's May gone, where is the time flying this year?

From memory, i started at 11st 4lbs at the start of May. Currently hovering at 11st but occasionally popping down to 10st 13lb so about 4.5lbs has gone :j

Exercise has been pretty rubbish lately and have had one binge since december and that was onlt a mini one! :rotfl:

Will join the June challenge though - i'm pretty much in the same boat as Ragz, lost a fair bit and now am slowing as i reach my target of 10.5 stone.

Well, onwards and downwards on the scale i hope! Good luck to all :D
