    Hi all,

have a fridge stuffed full of very healthy foods, ready for the weekend :D

Which is a good move as we are off to relatives for dinner on Sunday and then to a bbq on monday, weather dependent.

    Food today was:

b: 2 shred wheat and nana and raspberries
    s: yoghurt and raspberries
l: salad with a small amount of pasta and pastrami
    s: cherries and strawbs
d: sausages and low fat hm oven chips, peas and gravy
    s: yoghurt

Very unusually we don't have the kids tonight or until teatime tomorrow so have no exact plans for food tomorrow... other than roast chicken dinner but with new potatoes I think.
working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?

Today was poo, by mid afternoon I was starving and pigged out badly :(

    Breakfast - missed
    Lunch - missed
    'Snack' - double cheeseburger :eek::eek::eek:
Supper - remainder of the oxtail casserole
Snax - 1/4 melon, 4 tiny satsumas, apple

Didn't enjoy the burger at all, I think it was guilt that made it taste doughy, greasy, all the things it wouldn't normally taste. Serves me right, should have waited til I got home but will power went up in a puff of smoke when I saw/smelled that burger van :o

Back to normal tomorrow, don't have to be out so long and won't miss breakfast or lunch and back to working toward that landmark by next Thurs. I hope...

    morning

was good yesterday and didn't give in to chocolate urges in the evening! stuck with my beef casserole and had half the pasta i would normally have and a big green salad instead :T

had my coffee so far .. i am not good with breakfast! i just want my coffee and that's me for a while ... but i need to eat something soon because we'll take dd to a party at bk later and i don't want to slip up!
although i have to say since i've changed my eating habits i absolutly dislike bk or mcd - just thinking of the burgers makes me
which i think is a good thing really :D

so today ... am just eating a satsuma (helped that i put a big bowl of fruit on the dining table!!) - and then maybe another coffee

i DO have to drink more water though ... too boring!!

keep up the good work ladies :T

I absolutely agree mOZzy, after suffering indigestion all evening I don't think I'll ever look at another burger again. Self inflicted though, so serves me right :o

Well done CCP on the loss, hope the new scales spur you on for a while, try not to get obsessed and weigh all the time (which is exactly what I keep doing!)
I had a late dinner last night so I'll leave my WI until the 31st so I can declare my total loss for May. I'm only on 4.5lb so won't make 7 but anything off is a result.
Off camping for one night (steam rally/fair thing) and the amount of stuff I have to pack is ridiculous, may as well be going for a month! Have already cooked tonights dinner, bolognese, so no temptations from the burger vans.
    Have a good weekend everyone.

Morning one and all! Congratulations to the losers! I don't think I shall be one when I get weighed tomorrow - I have been too naughty this week. I stuck rigidly to plan yesterday and then, come evening, I went on the food prowl. I wasn't even hungry, I just "needed" to snack and lots of sinful goodies that were in the freezer, out of harm's way, were getting defrosted! I did avoid opening a bottle of wine though so that's something!

Well, back on the wagon and feeling full of remorse I have devised today's menu:

B - Benefit flakes with sliced banana and sk milk
L - HM Red Pepper & Cream Cheese soup with Nimble granary salad sarnie. Light chocolate mousse and raspberries.
D - Cauliflower Cheese (made with LF cheese & Sk Milk) Big bowl SF jelly, strawberries & blueberries and FF yogurt.
S - will really try and stick to fruit today!

    Have a good day everybody.

    Morning everyone

Well done to everyone who's lost this week. I think I will be in the 'must do better' category this week, and suspect I've undone all my May hard work too :(

I have been away for the last week, and have been awful. food and drink was paid for all week, so needless to say I took full advantage with a fry up every morning, lots of bread based lunches and chips and alcohol nearly every night. No exercise at all. I need to pull my socks back up.

    ***runs off to weigh***

I'm 2lbs heavier this monring than when I started on 1st May

My official weigh in is tomorrow so I'll wait till the before updating my sig. Am so angry with myself.

Don't beat yourself up prophecy_grrl, these things happen to the best of us but I know how annoying it is when you have given in to temptation.

Thanks TravellingAbuela. I know it's just a blip, but just writing it down and reading it back made me see how silly I'd been. Nevermind back on the horse today!

I know just where you're coming from prophecy_grrl, it's there staring you in the face and any good red-blooded woman worth her salt is going to struggle to deny herself what's prepped, cooked, served, washed up for her, and free for a whole week! I think a gain of only 2lb after a week like that is amazing :)

Next Friday I'm going on a 12-day cruise so will be unable to escape the many restaurants and 24-hour buffets. Toward the end of the holiday you may read about a cruise ship somewhere in the Med doing a reasonable imitation of the Titanic . On the other hand, as our stateroom is approx in the middle it might not even upend gracefully, just do a belly flop straight to the bottom :rotfl:. So....

For the next 6 days I'm going to be soooo good!
