Hi all, been following this thread for a while now, posted a little while back but always end up not following my diet.

Losing weight is bloody hard guys! Weigh myself every Wednesday, lost 7lbs last week but I had a sickness bug and didn't eat for about 3 days, so i'm expecting to have put it all back on by this Wednesday.

    Todays plans:

    B- 2 W33tabix & banana ss milk, tea 1 sugar ss milk
L- ham salad with light salad cream, 2 shape yoghurts
    S- Banana
D- Left over roast beef with carrots and roast spuds.

    Must drink plenty of water
    Must not eat sweets
Must not eat after my 7pm dinner.

    Good luck everyone!

Walked around town for a couple of hours, though from what "TravellingAbuela" says this will have done no good for weight loss but at least I wasn't stuck indoors.
Lunch today will be L/O lasagne and veg.
Diner - thanks for the curry tips but I'm useless at this. will keep trying. I love the dahl you buy from takeaway buy never been able to make it myself. One bad choice today, won't list it but I know it.

    This Dahl looks nice

    Or some from GoodFood
I'll be making one or the other this week, need to decide which...

Ditto, I keep joining in the thread then losing track! I had a tummy bug last week too, lost 4 pounds but weighed yesterday and 2 back on... the Wii informed me this morning that I DID NOT reach my target of losing 6 pounds last month...

Perhaps we should have a mini challenge for May? Now all the nice weather is here it's easier to eat better and exercise more... maybe we could all join in with a target and see how many of us can manage it by the end of the month... nothing like a bit of healthy competition! :D
I weigh 12 stone 11 pounds today, I am aiming for a loss of 6 pounds by the end of the month... anyone want to join me? We could make it a nice 'round' :o half a stone...

    I'll join!

Not weighing myself today, but my weight on Wednesday was 13st 7lbs. Would love to be just 13st by end of month. Good luck Ragz!

My problem is drink, as soon as the suns out and its the weekend all my friends get together and its cider in the sun! also, my partner cooks all our meeals and as he doesn't need to lose weight (quite the opposite) its hard to encourage healthy eating. Trying no snack, no sweets & no eating after 7pm. Excersizing at least 3x per week.

Lets see how we all do :D xxx

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
I haven't been particularly good today but I've decided to treat this weekend as a holiday and try and get back to normal tomorrow.

B - sliced banana with LF cherry yoghurt and a small piece of flapjack
L - pub lunch (with chips :o), with a couple of beers (I'm another one in the 'nice beer /cider in the sunshine' club, shezam ;))
D - rocket and tomato salad with RF mozzarella; HM olive rolls; apple

I'm definitely up for the May mini challenge - I'm cutting out the pub lunches for a bit, at least! :o
Back after a very long break!

Oh DARN it, not done well for a couple of days.
Still in 'holiday' mode what with all the bank holidays lately. I do best when in a routine, so had better pull my finger out to meet my Thursday target in time. Thinking of drawing up a weeks food plan on a page 'school time-table' stylee.

Loving the positivity of the posts :T
Healthy eating aim per day: 3 fruits, 3 or more vegetables, 3 low-fat dairy portions, 3 starch portions, 2-3 lean protein portions.
Weekly aim: to include 2 portions of fish (one oily), some nuts, seeds, beans and pulses.

Mini May Challenge then... half a stone by the 1st of June (but you can take last weeks weight to start from if you like, rather than weighing today if you weigh weekly). My starting weight is 12st 11lb so aiming for 12st 4lb... which may actually get me out of the 'Overweight' range on the Wii.

Good luck everyone and thanks for joining me!
