I need to get back into listing what to eat - I haven't lost any weight for a month now, so need to get back on the wagon.

    b - slice of toast
    s - alpen bar
    l - veg stir fry, 3 jammie dodgers :o
t - chicken fajita, apple crumble with lot fat custard.

Oh dear.... :o I can definitely see areas for improvement... :o

  • You guys are so good, regardless of whether you've stuck to your plans or not, you are such a happy bunch :)

Would like to join the '7lb in may' challenge. Currently 11st 4lb and this will be my last 7lb that i would love to shift.

Anyone watching 'the last 10 lbs boot camp' on a strange sky channel called diva tv? they have been showing some reasonably easy exercises that can be done at home and use different muscle groups so that you burn fat aft you finish the exercise. think its on about 10pm but i'm sure they repeat it through the day.

good luck to all, challengers or otherwise :)

    Hi
Had a fairly good day yesterday, no slip ups. Made a strange curry of onions, courgette and mushroom. Made dahl, ok consistancy but not so good on taste, I didn't put much in it as I was worried I'd ruin it. All with brown rice and kidney beans.
Left over dahl, hmm, might try it with the left over salad - cous cous and kidney bean.
Dinner sausage and mash with savoy cabbage, onions and gravy.

I feel off the wagon for a while....but have started slim fast (mostly to use up tins of the stuff in my cupboards!! ) and i must say so far so good! I've lost 5.6lbs so far (4lbs i had regained, 1.6 is fresh weigh loss) I've probably got about 2 weeks left of food and will return to calorie counting once it has all gone!

Dinner tonight is spag bols. Snacks are grapes and low calorie jelly.

Hi i'm joining you all. Ive been trying to loose some weight for a while but fell pregnant :p Baby is 5 months old now, though im still breastfeeding ang have lost 10lbs since post baby weight loss slowed down, i still want to loose another 14lbs or so (1 stone). I'm 5ft 6" and clock in at 155lbs currently, which is i think about 11st 2lb. Id love to get down to about 10st ish. So this morning ive had a bowl of bran flakes, lunch is some bacon/tomatoe/lentil soup i made yesterday and tea is in slow cooker, gammon joint with root veg and potatoes in cider.

I picked up a double pushchair off freecycle yesterday :T So im hoping to start walking again soon (if i can brave the cold, its freezing here!)
I'm off to put the washing on line and stop internet surfing, (honest....i am....maybe...:p)

    Morning all!

    Today goes:

    B- 2 w33tabix & banana
    Sn- Actimel
L- Salad from garden, sweetcorn, cheery toms, ham & light salad cream
    Sn- Banana
D- steak with fresh vegetables! mmmm!

I weigh myself every Wednesday at work. Last week I was 13st 7lb, this week 13st 8lb. Can't really grumble at putting on a lb but its not getting me any closer to losing half a stone this month! Oh well, today is a new day :)

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
    Morning all.

I had a brief departure from plan yesterday: by the time I got home I was so hungry I was starting to feel ill (I get dizzy and shivery if I let my blood sugar drop too low :() so I ate another olive roll as soon as I got in from work. I'm not that annoyed with myself - I know I didn't eat much yesterday so I'm happy to accept my body's warning that I cut back too far.

    Today goes:

B - oat and barley porridge with dried cranberries and walnuts
    S - banana
L - rocket, radish and tomato salad with 30g cheese (proper cheese, not LF - I'm a real cheese lover and LF cheese is a step too far for me! ;)); one and a half olive rolls (the half one is actually just a tiny roll - I can't quite get the hang of getting HM rolls all the same size! :o)
    S - two mini pears
D - creamy courgette pasta bake (made with RF creme fraiche); side salad; half glass or so of wine (the rest is to make the pasta bake with)

I'll go for a walk at lunchtime as it's a nice day again. :)
Back after a very long break!
