Thanks for this, I haven't had it again since the last episode but it lasted for a few weeks and really made me feel horrid so I will make a note of this in case it happens again :D

Done OK today, haven't lost anything due to TOTM bloat but fingers crossed for next week.

B: Porridge with milk and water

    L: Leftover HM lasagne

D: HM spaghetti matriciana and a side salad

    S: 1 shortbread biscuit

Work is chaos at the moment so hope I can hold it together until the end of the month when it will ease off a little :)
  • Well today's update:

    I've had to eat:

    B: Large bowl of porridge
L: Thai-flavoured potato cake with slice of bacon
D: Pan-fried sea bass with rice and peas boiled in stock

Snacks: fruit and ummm 4 chocolate coins left over from Christmas (that's it, they're all gone now:p)

Exercise: 1/2 hour of Davina's Core workout

Forgot to weigh myself today so might leave it until Saturday.

    Night all,

Did anyone watch 'Biggest Loser' last night? Real heavyweights but they were made to spend 5-6 hours in the gym! 2 of them keeled over and needed oxygen, you can't tell me that's good for you. Some of them lost over a stone in a week though. Hmmm, back to a nice walk in the park every day for me..... Good luck everyone and thanks for the tips you're keeping me motivated.:T

I was just thinking, and not knowing your personal situation, but my weak time is also 3.30-5.30 pm. If I'm at home, I have a sneaky 10 minute snooze. No calories and I tend to feel a lot better. I don't think I'm hungry at this time, just exhausted. Eating gives me an energy boost but that's not truly what my body needs.

Yes, it may well be that I am more tired than hungry, my energy takes a real dive at about 11am. I had ME for many years and am a bit OCD when it comes to energy, I tend to eat just to make sure my energy levels stay ok. Probably a lot to do with my weight issues!

Today I brought in raisins and a couple of brazil nuts for snacks at those times.

    Bfast cornflakes
Lunch - new potato salad with quorn sausage chunks
Tea - cheese bake with veggies
    Snack - as above!
To those who are given much, much is expected

            hi everyone :)

still full of cold so no exercise but not bad food wise. (as long as i dont blow it tonight)

            today has been:
            2 x toast (as always!)
            bowl of stew
pan fried spicy haddock & a large salad in a small wrap.....twas nice too :)
snacks: had a bag of 84 cal crisps
may have a nibble of somthing later as i had an early tea with the kids.

            the plan for tomorrow is:
            toast
            not sure about lunch
hm haddock with crunchy crumb, garlic mushroom topping served with salad and maybe low fat hm oven chips

hope youve had a good day

Can I mention that I've just made Weezl's lentil pate -the one on this site, but with the addition of some marmite at the end - and it tastes really good and savoury. I've just eaten some warm (couldn't wait for it to cool down) on a crispbake and it probably means I can put off cooking dinner for another couple of hours, which in turn will help to avoid the late night snacking. It's got to be fairly low calorie as it's very low ww points - as long as I can avoid going back and eating the rest, although maybe I'll just have it for dinner instead!

I saw that and thought it was dangerous - 2 of them on the ground with oxygen masks and another one with a knee injury! It goes against every bit of advice you are normally given when trying to lose weight and get fit!
Trying to spend less time on MSE so I can get more done ... it's not going great so far! :)
Sorry if I don't reply to posts - I'm having MAJOR trouble keeping up these days!

          5. Hi , made a full week meals plan today which uses most of the stuff i have in the freezer so i dont go out and buy extra, well maybe the odd carrot and cabbage!!
            B.porridge
L.ham salad butty on wm bread and an apple
D.stirfry with pork mince and only 1oz noodles

carbs are my downfall so i was very restrained with the 1 oz, walked my little boy to schooland back which in total takes 35 mins which isnt too bad for a start, no oxygene for me thanks lol, best wishes to you all x
It's all staring us in the face...we just can't see it!!!
