            Morning All,
Hello to all Newbies and Returners!

I'm too OS to waste anything so am trying to sort out a weeks meal plans so everything else can go in the freezer.
I'm also having a sort out of the cupboards to use up all those half bags of opened stuff and use up all the things that I bought a year ago and still haven't used (capers being one of them!)

So haven't done that well so far but only officially started again yesterday when I returned to work.

            Monday:
B: which was midday - 2 thin slices of HM bread with 2 rashers of bacon.
(the bread was from a BM and turned out dense and stodgy - it was its last use and is now buried in the back of the cupboard under the stairs!)
D: All HM - Onion bhajis, butter chicken & pilau rice, lemon fool. Glass of lager.
(this was a combination of using up gram flour, condensed milk and being home all day)

            Tueday - back to work:
            B: 35g cereal & splash of milk
S: 1 piece of toast with l/f spread
L: HM minestrone soup 1/2 slice of HM bread, 3 quality street
            S: bag of crisps,
D: 4 onion bhajis (finishing up batter mix), gammon slices, mash with milk & peas (I left 1/2 the portion my OH served up:))
            S: HM oat cake
NO ALCOHOL - thats very good for me as I still have wine in the house!

            Wed - eaten / planned
            B: 35g cereal & splash of milk
L: tuna mayo sandwich & apple
            S: HM oat cake
D: carbonarra (using up creme fraiche & gammon)

Nice to see everyone's feleing motivated in the new year, I know i am :D All those people feeling peckish or not full enough, try eating small high in protein meals for a few days, it'll keep you full for longer while you get used to smaller portions. An egg scrambled in the microwave with toast and cottage cheese/cheese spread is a really good breakfast, having a bigger breakfast will make lunch seem less far away and... "it's 11am but i'm soooo hungryy, someone give me a blinkin' biscuit!!!!"

b: bread roll, kabanossi, half grapefruit
            l: baked spud w/tuna & cottage cheese
            d: bean & veg stew

OK so I'm hungry. Had to sit next to a load of cakes today at work because of someone's birthday :(

            Food today:

b: 40g cereal and oat milk
            s: two tangerines
l: bacon and bean soup (HM) and a roll
            s: some boiled sweets
d: shepherds pie (hm) and grilled courgettes
            s: a few grapes

Went to Tesco and bought milk, tangerines, bananas, grapes and brown bread - and nothing else! not bad for me!!!

But I'm hungry and want to eat biscuits.

but I reckon I have 20lbs left to lose and want to try and do it in 20 weeks. That's the plan anyway. :D

Need to do some more exercise... haven't done any since monday.

On the good side I brought one of the tins of biscuits I received as a present at Christmas inot work, where I know they will be devoured at speed, so it will save me from temptation. On the less than good front, I am eating a (delicious) sausgae bap for breakfast....... well I got cold and wet coming in to work.......

            bfast - see above
lunch - new pot salad with chicken
            tea - jackets, fish, beans
snack - probably a biscuit or two if I'm honest, but I'll aim for just one

                    Hi all,

I'm doing OK even though work is testing my resilience to the maximum!

Yesterday was fine but I was hungry all day, I think its just a case of getting back into the feeling of eating less and not picking what I want when I want :)

B: 2 wholemeal toast and HM marmalade

L: Tuna on wholemeal with salad

D: Hm singapore chow mein with a side salad of raw carrot and courgette ribbons in a peanut sauce

                    S: Nothing

Today I am really hungry and we are going out for lunch so I need to be careful

B: 2 wholemeal toast and light cream cheese

L: Jacket potato with cottage cheese or beans and salad

D: Roast chicken, mashed sweet potato, steamed carrots, cauli, peas and broccoli

                    S: 1 pear

                    Morning All,
Well last nights carbonarra was scuppered by OH boiling the only egg in the house for his lunch! So I had breaded chicken, 1 pot & peas. Also didn't have the fruit with lunch but a bag of crisps:o and ww yogurt.

Today I have a terrible headache, don't normally suffer from them but have realised it maybe looking a screens all day as I didn't suffer over festive period. So I'm hoping this will take the edge off my eating.

                    B: 25g cereal & splash of milk
L: tin of soup, will get a small roll and hopefully piece of fruit to go with this.
                    S: ww yogurt
                    D: carbonarra 2nd try!
