PLEASE HELP!!! car write off

i would !!!!!! off if this happened to me aswell, but technically someone ran into the back of your car, theres plenty of ifs and buts, but all you leaglly should get is the market value of your car from the insurance company.
but if the garage value your custom it would be nice if they offered some kind of goodwill gesture, maybe some cash back that you spent with them on repairs or you next MOT on your next car free of charge or a free service and inspection of the next car you buy. a considerate garage would offer something i think....work permit granted!0 -
did the insurance company arrange the courtesy car or the garage??
and of course the garage didnt force you to pay did they?
[so me and my mum went over to the garage to see the damage which didnt look bad at all it just looked like it needed a new side bumper and a respray so i paid the £370 that cost to mot and service it thinking it will be ok]IMOJACAR

2) So. there will be plenty of cars similar with an MOT and well your car didnt have an MOT before these repairs your talking about suing for
3) In what planet? An S reg Ka is worth peanuts. Even dealers with mint examples wont be selling at much less than 2k max
Its fairly common for garages to test drive cars. To avoid people claiming they broke it and so on.
actually it did have an mot which runs out 23rd feb, i just took it in early0 -
At the end of the day Luv, you have come out of this very well, you will get a newer car that hopefully is not a rust bucketI
