    No carbs is very hard - you should check out the 'Pig to Twig' diet - it allows you only 20g of carbs (which is a minute amount)

    Have a look yourselves was going to be a guinea pig first its called the dukan diet, and its real food.
    Should be quite easy for me don't eat much bread or potatoes, but the pasta could be the killer

    That where my friend got it from I have ordered the book hopefully here tomorrow, but both her and her husband have had great results.
    Taxi make sure you get good advice before attempting any silly diets, you are in need of good food and this diet lacks lots of vitamins they advise a supplement (i'm ok got a large pack FREE a few weeks ago).

    Quiet weekend here very windy no good for sitting out, although been for a walk and picnic at a local lake very MSE.
    Good job im off for a week now as I have sooooo much to do in the house may try and start tonight but diet is leaving me a little weary, then again it could be mad few weeks Ive had catching up with me.
    On the diet front weighed in this morning and lost 1 1/2 lb was a little hungry yesterday but better today now I have settled into it. :j
    Not great on the spending as the diet is costing me quite a bit so overspent on the shopping this week :(

    Look in Lidl for your protein diet stuff - I am assuming you can also eat diary. Both are much cheaper there and they have a good selection of cold meats too.
