Oh I LOVE a happy ending!
Well done to you for persevering, it paid off in the end.
It does sound as if she has been locked in somewhere crying to be rescued, poor love. I am sure no lasting damage has been done but a micro chip may make you feel safer.0 -
Hungry, dirty and hoarse: your poor babe has almost definitely been shut in somewhere. I'm so glad you got her back!
See, everyone: missing cats do come home! I dearly hope that this is some comfort to anyone else whose pusscat ever goes missing.0 -
Fantastic....as others have said sounds like she was stuck somewhere, that bald patch could have been from her trying to escape perhaps. Dont be suprised if she has an upset stomach over the weekend if she hasnt been eating regularly for 2 weeks btw and the vets will be able to give her a good check over monday. So glad you found her....its great to hear a happy ending!JAN GC- £155.77 out of £200

That is absolutely totally and utterly wonderfully splendid news, I am so happy for you!!
Maybe she was locked in some builder's van or similar. It just shows you should follow every lead, no matter how unlikely you think it sounds.
The main thing she is home! Woo hoo!!
BTW she'll probably wash herself a lot once she gets comfortable in her own bed. If you need to help her along you can get dry shampoo for cats in some pet shops. It is basically chalk dust which you sprinkle on, rub in then brush off. My Teddy came back one day with engine oil all over him and that stuff worked like magic getting it out. (It was originally purchased to clean Dylan's rear end after he had a series of enemas but he wouldn't let me near him, and no wonder having had a tube stuck up his bum and water poured in...)0
