    Hi all

All this about b/f cardies - tell you the truth, not sure what they are. Are they the long ones with pockets?

    Didn't go out, NSD.

It looks nice. Perhaps it's supposed to be a slim fit.

I think it probably is meant to be slim fitting. I dunno... I might go back for it. Will have to check to see whether it'd be easy enough to cut the shoulder pads out, as I hate them.
  • Hi, I too have bought anything I fancied for years and years - on credit cards of course but recently after realising I needed a DMP I decided to see EXACTLY what I had.

I can suggest getting out everything in drawers, cupboards, hidden away under beds and crammed in wardrobes. There is was, my bedroom FULL of clothes I'd never worn, make up I'd forgotten I even had, enough bath stuff to bath the UK.
I photographed it and put it as my home screensaver.

It worked for me. Good Luck.:T

Ok well i've had my shopping day :)
    Expenditure:
    Dinner £3.29!! bargain lo.
    Bus fares £3.80
Black bf cardigan from zara £19.99 - will be returned though as too tight on arms :(
Dress and top £36 on debs voucher... unsure about the top may return at £12
Exchanged a skirt i brought in sale before xmas (lol) still at the £5 i brought it for for a necklace which i will use, this skirt i forgot about in its carrier still :S

    Returns
    £7.99 H&M

Why do I start doing things at stupid times of the day? Yesterday, I had all day to do my little "jobs" around my bedroom. At 1230am I decided my wardrobe was annoying me, removed everything out of it and gave it a tidy up. Finished at 2am, but why didnt I do this in the daytime lol.

I too always end up spending £4/£5 a day on rubbish :( doesnt help that everytime I go out it costs at least £2.60 in bus fares :( I seem to be going OK with my £10 a day budget, its a little hard whilst im without the parental units as i keep needing to buy bits and bobs but hopefully when they return this is going to go down to £7 per day, with £3 into my birthday savings pot :)

    Hello!

Well, I'm still working on getting my debts down but I was a serious shopping addict... didn't think twice about spending $280 on a pair of swarovski earrings, $300 on a pair of jeans... you get the picture... and can see the results of it in my sig.

The thing that has really sent me cold turkey has been ordering my statements back to the point that I've paid off... then paying off items one by one. You suddenly realise the cost of things when it is taking however many weeks credit card repayments just to cross it off the list... its kind of scary.

Even $20 taxis I never thought about too much... paying them back six months later makes you realise it really isn't worth it :o

Ooh what's the dress like? :)
I have a couple of Zara bf cardie, they're such good quality. the arms on mine were tight at first but they do loosen off once you've wore them. They wash really well too. Not that I'm trying to persuade you to keep it :p

Re: wanting to do things at stupid o'clock... I do the same! I hate hoovering with passion, but sometimes I get the urge to hoover. Usually once every few months, at about 2am in the morning :o I always do it while I feel like it though, otherwise things would never get done.
