I will probably be out tonight the first NYE for years.

Unfortunately it's not with MM. My fault as he did offer but that was before our first visit so I was a bit concerned how that would work out..

The rich admirer gave me his ticket for the local pub but I could also go elsewhere via someone I met today and vaguely know. Probably go to the pub because at least it's familiar territory. I don't really want to go alone but as it's an opportunity to finally go out on a NYE I'll chance it, I can always go home early . If Casualty was on I'd probably stay in.

I wish you girls were here tonight. Perhaps you could visit me later this year.

Enjoy your evening if you do go out. Is the pub close to where you live? I would worry about getting home if I was going out on my own, but then I don't live in a particularly nice area, and I remember you said your area was quite safe.

I think we should meet next year some time

I'm sat here with my one bottle of cider, debating whether to drink it now or save for later. Good times. My family are downstairs, they started on the alcohol earlier. Just don't feel in the mood this year. I'm not sure that I'm ready to leave 2011 behind, as weird as that may sound.

I think I want 2012 to come round, though I can't say it's been too bad a year for me personally

No contact from Bym, my idea of spending tonight with him have elicited no response. I wonder if he will wish me happy new year, and that he would LOVE to be with me, as at Christmas!

I'm thinking of opening a bottle of champagne. I have invited my neighbour round for a drink, so I may have a bit of company

I have not been out since Christmas day! I must go out tomorrow, it's an odd time of year and I have been acting like a hermit.

CL it is really quiet where I live, the pub is by the fields, the other venue is over the road from there but in the middle of the field as everywhere it pitch dark so I'll avoid that.

I might take a torch anyhow..

Is that a large bottle of cider? I just had a small amount to get my nerves up.

I'll probably only open it if my friend comes across, as we both like it. I've a smaller bottle of sparkling wine if I am by myself. Or I could have some Amaretto instead.

Just this minute received a text from Bym wishing me a happy new year and saying he is missing me very much!

I forgot to mention successful clothes shopping for once- jacket and cardigan.

Tonight I'm wearing the jacket - waist length, fitted, khaki, with lots of pockets and zips - this is going with a low lycra orange top with short sleeves and jeans.

Absoloutly, 2012 is goign to be a very big year for me. I intend to pass my driving test and be able to drive

I also think that yes we should all deffinatly meet up nice and central next year - have to try and sort something out bit hard when weve got zigs in north scotland and anglea in Bristol area!!

Well. I am all prepared with my diary for my expences etc. I dont buy dinner at work anymore at all Im so pleased its such a waste of money and a waste of calories.

So 2012 - the year for us. I intend to hopefully sort DEman and me out, as i say get my driving sorted, loose some weight and pay my small debt off.

I also just intend to be a more happier person.

I second the being a happier person in 2012 - need to make that my task too

Meeting up would be good, not so hard for us two.

Are things still not ok with you and DEman? It can be really hard to know what direction things are going in sometime.

I can't get a conversation with Bym, I replied to his message but that was it - one text in each direction and then nothing. How can I tell that he cares from that? I see the words but that's all. I'll text him after midnight, but I just think he must be out somewhere.
