Hi Anglea, ziggles, and anyone else!

WOW £700 for one item? I think the most I have ever spent on one item was £65 (apart from my watch which was £100... but paid for with vouchers). I just couldn't justify a spend that large on something materialistic like clothing.

Frogletina: I would've been very wary of that guy anyway, even without whatever-it-is that you've unearthed about him, especially when you're in a foreign country. Sounds like you're doing the right thing, anyway.

Hmmmmmm... I have a driving lesson tomorrow with a new instructor  Needless to say, I'm a bit worried as I don't remember anything from the lessons I had last year. I told him I'd had 6 hours of lessons already, but I hope he's not expecting me to drive off the main road where we're meeting *feels ill at the thought of it*

NG - are you still learning? x

    Hi all

Good luck with the driving lesson CL you can always pretend you've got a bad headache in case you start getting really nervous. Strangely enough sometimes saying that can actually make you feel more confident because people respond to you differently than if you say you're getting panicky.

NGlady, your post reminded me that a while back I bought some cropped trousers, completely forgot about them until now. I dread to think what else I've got I don't know about. Are you keeping them?

This evening, instead of getting on with my form, I was doing a lot of de-cluttering. I feel worn out.

FR. I hope you can think up a plan just in case your meeting with B doesn't go to plan and he gets persuasive with you. I was just wondering if you're going to be tired when you get there - are the hours the same?

Ziggles, that's nice to stay in a hotel, you'll have your own bathroom.

    Hi all

    NGlady, I love pinks.

Something I haven't bought in a long time is anything linen as it creases too much for my liking.

A funny thing happened last week. I was looking at clothes in the posh charity shop and saw this beautiful skirt with unusual detail, it looked very classy and I was considering trying it on except it was linen.
Suddenly I realised it was the exact skirt I had given away :rotfl:

The hours in Turkey are two hours ahead of us, so for me it will seem 11.00pm when I arrive while for them it will be 1.00am. I've travelled there before and gone straight out until 3.00am, so it shouldn't be too difficult.

If I am tired I will just tell him and he will have to deal with it. His persuasion if it comes will be with his eyes, and will I be able to resist?

I wouldn't go to the boat at night if it didn't have a toilet :)

    Oh Ziggles

    That is so funny!

I have been in correspondence with a friend about Beau and between us we have more than enough material for a soap which we have already talked about.

Of course it would have to be in Turkish as well, they love their soaps

Well, it's fine while the restaurants and bars are still open. But I wouldn't like to be there for long after that which is why I only stayed on the boat for about half an hour in the early hours before I needed to go back to the hotel for it's home comforts
