Ahhhh Tatco = tesco, lol, I'm a muppet! I saw a nice coat on their website actually but I know the quality of their stuff varies a lot so won't order it.
I get angry when things don't fit, which makes me want to stop trying things on altogether. I can't find anything that looks nice enough to warrant buying it. My mum keeps telling me that I look nice in everything that I try on, but I just don't feel comfortable. I'm sure it's all in my head but I feel fatter now than I did 6-months ago... yet I'm at least 1.5-stones lighter. It's insane as I can't imagine what I must have looked like before I lost the weight?!
I'm not convinced that rescue remedy works, but it is worth a try. It's quite expensive but I do have some Amazon vouchers spare so will order some and let you know how I get on!
edit to add - have just searched my cupboard and found some Kalms. I'm feeling slightly unhinged at the moment so I think I'll start taking those. They can't harm.
Anglea - the boots were an odd length and cut my leg off at a bad point.
I think I know the sultana & syrup pancakes that you mean. They were 2for£1 in Iceland a while ago and I was addicted to them :S I would never buy them again as I go crazy and can't settle until they're eaten. My current addiction is crumpets with butter... even worse! Speaking of which, I ate 4x galaxy ripples last night felt thoroughly sick afterwards. Then I woke up this morn and my face was blotch-tastic. Karma.
I reckon we should both ditch our entire wardrobe and start a-fresh... at least then we won't have to look at the misfits that are causing us the misery0 -
Three packets of fudge later. i am reporting my disgusting behaviour. I would also like to say they didn't even taste as delish as usual...probably becasue i inhaled them!
But i did make it to church for the first time since beginning of feb!Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heavenMatthew 5:30 -

LOL we all sounds as bad as each other. Fudge  and 3 packs too!!
Ziggles what were you doing just before you ate them? Were they comfort eats?
CL I love crumpets they have less sugar than the pancakes. I had the last of the butter this morning and I'm not buying any more for a while as I dread to think of the cholesterol and I often just cut myself a piece to eat!
Same question for you CL was it a comfort eat with the choccies? It sounds like you've got anorexia if you believe you are overweight or it may be that you still can't believe you are so much slimmer.
I'm still in the dreaded denim skirt and got on the scales yesterday - not a good idea!
My usual Sunday high tea and I ate more cakes than normal. I was eating them whilst I was preparing the rest. So I wasn't pleased with myself afterwards.
Perhaps it was something about this week why we all went a bit mad?0 -
Hi all ... Jyust popping on to say a quick hello
I've had a great weekend... I went to see my best friend yesterday, and I am quite happy to report my spends was within my pre-decided budget, and I had some change with it too woohoo..
Brought an amazing dress - it has really made me decide to go through my whole wardrobe, and if it doesnt fit as nicely, or make me feel as special as my new dress feels then it wont be being worn again so may aswell swish sale or donate itGot tons of stuff ready to initially try and sell
Well not too long now until my Holiday - so from tomorrow got to be very strict with the old diet to try and not be too big for my hol lol0 -
Anglea: I don't think it is anorexia - I do not worry about what I'm eating most of the time. I'm a bit of a binge-eater but it's not because I deprive myself - I think it's just out of boredom/stress. I do have a bit of a warped sense of my body, but it's mainly because I suit completely different clothes (in terms of cut, colour, etc) than I did six months ago. It's hard to get used to, as I have no idea what my style really is anymore.
It does seem odd that we all went a bid mad this week, maybe something in the air?! Ziggles - I shouldn't laugh but I TOTALLY know what you mean about inhaling the fudge. I 'inhaled' the Galaxy ripples the other day... didn't even taste them... then felt thoroughly sick.
Edit to add - nice to see you NG. I'm glad you've bought something that you love. It does put all the other purchases into perspective when you do, doesn't it.0 -
Hi all
I'm too envious of NG finding something to fit to write any more ...............................................................................0 -

Does it help you girls that its made me realize how many wrong things ive brought in the past? got tons of my wardrobe ready to get rid of.. and when this happens ill be having to find things that suit me lol.
CL - I know completely what you feel. My style used to be strapless dresses, sexy heels gorgeous jewllery... now my style for evening is a more boho look, still feminine but a little less 'hello there heres my boobs' Another thing is, some of my stuff now clashes with my hairlol.
What type of clothes appeal to you most (apart from boots) when your out?
I think the best thing you could do is - do u live in a major city? Debenhams have personal shopping services, no charge for it. Where they show u ur style, no force to buy anything, and you can set them your budget. But they show you shapes that suit you - styles that look better on you etc.0 -
Hi all
NG it's lovely that you have bought something you really like and I hope you know I was joking about being envious.
When I read your comment about being less flaunting than before I immediately thought about the cafe, I could hardly eat because I was starting at a couple of girls that were work mates and having their lunch. One of them had such a low top that her boobs nearly went into her plate LOL
Personal shoppers - do you have to book in advance in Debenhams?
Years ago I used to use a service where they would come into homes and show you lots of different outfits. They were more expensive than normal but better quality. And the most important factor - they fit and looked really good.
I stopped using them because the personal shopper I liked had stopped doing it locally and her colleague was someone I knew and felt uncomfortable with.0
