Afternoon.....how are you feeling today?
Have to you come to any natural conclusions about the MSN guy?
I'd just add him (if you want to) next time you've got MSN open and not make an issue out of it. If you have something to say you can message him. If you haven't - just leave it at adding him in.
Sometimes best to say nothing at all if you haven't got anything relevant to say at the time!
Hope you are OK.

as for msn guy I'll add him tonight when I get in. I'll leave the ball in his court to get in touch.
need to get some serious finger out stuff on the go at the moment. It feels like I've stopped trying, so as of today I'll be good, i promise :A0 -
my home insurance is up for renewal on friday and I've been trying to get quotes but all the sites they have on here want a rebuilding cost which I don't have. they all say it should be on my valuation report but I didn't even get one of them. the mortgage company just put the value on my quote documents. the thought of sitting here on hold waiting to get on the phone to someone to be told they don't have that really really makes me sick.
on top of that there is work needing done to the flat and I'm not sure if i can say that the flat is in a good state of repair, it is but the flats upstairs aren't??? oh gadz I hate things like this! help someone please!!!0 -

I found a site (it was one of the insurance sites) where you put in what size your house was, what it was made of, what the roof was made of (and various other details) and it told you the rebuild cost was. There may be something similar for flats out there.
Do you have to have buildings insurance on a flat? Is it not part of the ground rent/service charge?"Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

panic over folks! I bit the bullet and called the mortgage company (no len I'm not selling up, just renewing insurance) and they were actually very quick and efficient
then she also put me through to their insurers to get a quote which was actually competetive with my renewal from tesco (£289.56 incl interest, £269.65 excl.) but I've now played on confused.com and got a quote of £160.?? form elephant.co.uk there is interest on it if paying monthly but I can pay that off in a one and save another dd coming out of my bank. that'll free up £25 a month on my soa
phew all that panic over nothing.
thanks for the help tho peeps xx
ps added bouncer boy to msn....awaiting contact!
this has been a very productive evening so far, off to do dishes and get ready for tomo then bed by 10! sweet dreams all xx0 -

well home insurance is sorted through quidco and it's going to work out just under £90 for the year. rock on quidco. plus when that tracks it clears out my dior quidco challenge muhahahaha!
ordered my trampoline from amazon (six legs LA six legs!) along with a gone with the wind se dvd for my granda's xmas, using a lightspeed voucher it all came to £20. Since I normally spend £10ish on thorntons chocs for him it's not too bad. and since it seems my social diary is full until xmas I'm going to need to burn some fat! Today I got invited by one of the vendors who's invoices I process to an xmas do with them! so woohoo on the work functions! Always wanted to go to big funcy work parties! Since a lot of the parties are with different groups and departments I should manage on minimal outfits too!0 -
