wow can't believe it's been over two months since I last posted on here!!! Time flies when your not having fun it seems!

Well I can't tell you how many days are left to fix my life, I stopped couting when I got to counting days down till my holidays (30 in case your interested!), but I have taken a huge leap towards making a much better and richer (in more ways) life for myself yesterday...

It's with a big international engineering company in their accounts payable department, quite junior at the mo but paying more than a pound an hour better than the gym and my new boss said I'd probably only be in that role six months before moving onto bigger and better things. There is an almost scary scope for progression in the company through all departments so I'm really really excited. Told my work last night that I'd only be there another week and then ciao!

The other bonus that comes with this is that it was my friend I fell out with last week that got me the job so we're cool again now! Finally go tm new debit card today too so I'll activate it and catch up on the holiday shopping I've been missing! With all the summer stuff on sale my plan of buying it just before I go has been discarded but I did find a bikini that fits on thursday but I think one for a week isn't enough so I'm gonna go treat myself to another!

Afternoon all!

Sorry for not updating sooner, been a busy weekend between working at the gym and having my night out!
New job is going well, it's my third day though first proper one! The girl I'm taking over from has had to nip out and my head/pc hasn't exploded so it's cool!
Last weekend at the gym wasn't too bad. Yesterday I did the notw mag's crossword and ended up with a few members standing around helping me with the clues I didn't know! :rotfl: think my manager had given up and he didn't even bother trying to get me to work!!!
I'm needing to seriously get my finger out and get my finances organised again though. This whole being out of debt thing has gone a bit skew wiff in that all the extra I was using to pay things off is now being spent on crap so although I'm not getting into more debt I'm not getting any savings either! It's also been a scary amount of time since I looked at my dd's too! Am planning on getting stuff organised over the next week or so and I need to start getting into a routine now that I have normal working hours too!

I should be on later this evening so I'll hopefully catch up with you then
