I hoard so many things, any thing thats anything to do with sewing(I have 3 machiens as well 1 electric, 1 hand, and my fav a -treddle- its wonderful) xstich treads of every colour you can think of. Books, have multi rubber gloves:o washing up liquid:o:o loo rolls:o:o:o All kinds of things. I tend to get lots of practical things when there on offer, its not ocd I promise. I live in the middle of nowere so when I do get to go to a supermarket and have the car I think I go over the top and feel the need to fill it up!!!!!
so many hoarders since last night! I thought 'a-hah that's on item I don't hoard' but my OH says I do but it's not the sewing stuff itself it's the books and patterns and fabric!
I have a question- do you think it counts if my OH uses my stash? I'm on a mission to get us both using the same stuff(he has his own at the mo)... so technically the following left my house today;
- Another primark shower gel/bath foam.
- Deoderant (which I swear has been around forever!) WIBA? No, I don't think sure is very good - Mitchum is better (3 more cans of that) .
- 4 mini washing up bottles of ecover (freebie ages ago and I was 'saving' the 100ml bottles for taking through handluggage :rotfl:).
good luck to everyone using their stashes:)If you aim for the moon if you miss at least you will land among the stars!0 -
I have managed to fill a whole toiletry bag up for my sis who is going on hols to spain on sunday-she did not have to buy a single thing everything was provided by myself.I have so many toiletry bags those who are/were bootsers will remember the glitches &reductions on berry bags, the natural collection bags, the ted baker bags, the soap&glory bags and the giant black clear bags which (can't remember the name-maybe ruby wax) but were big enough to hold 3 pairs of shoes but bootsers grabbed to store toiletries.
Anyway I have got rid of
A large berry toiletries bag
sanctuary body wash and body lotion mini(from orange sanctuary bag-boots glitch)
4 sachets of hawaian tropics body butter, carrot oil, suncream(again free from boots last year)
smile toothpaste mini(from recent 50points offer
mini pantene shampoo &conditioner (came free with maxfactor gwp)
Mini no7 bodywash(free gwp)
Mini no7 mascara
couple of scahets of foot moisturiser(spare from boots gorgeous feet set)Declutter 300 things in December challenge, 9/300. Clear the living room. Re-organize storage

Oh dear it seems the letters on this keyboard keep moving, or should that be I ought to start hoarding dictionaries:eek:
I'm getting worried that I will in the next few days have to go and venture into boots or debs. I have been using up the last of my Prescriptives liquid powder. It is brilliant I love love it. Prescriptives have been taken over by Elizabeth Arden and this powder is not being made any more. That means I have to look for another loose powder that doesnt make me look like death!!!!
wow I'll have to go and run my fingers over all those counters, all those products, all those colours:dance::dance:
I'v come over all unecessary0 -

I think that's everything, very boring, so need to address land charges, doctrine of notice, degree & purpose of annexation *yawn* I'm putting myself to sleep just thinking about it.
As you can see I love my law degree...NOT!
oh heavens i thought i'd left those days behind! but then i'm the sado who really enjoyed the tracing section of my studies.0 -

So may lawyers or lawyers to be! Scary. On he plus side, if you go like dh in to interntional law you have to keep a toiletry bag in the office, and a packed essential cabin luggage friendly second toiletry bag...so you'll have more use for the stashes soon...:rotfl:(but have o learn to cope for a day or two on ten mini-liquids or less)0 -
Hi peedie, Coughs...there is Bonus time this coming Thursday...ahem. Maybe take a sample of what you currently like with you. I am nerdy about face powders too. Then you can really compare them.

Once I finish work I have time to kill before I can make my way home, so I look around the shops to pass the time. Saying that, most of my purchases aren't impulse buys; I read reviews on products because I'll see a product mentioned on a forum or somewhere and if the reviews are great, I have to have it, so I'll go to a specific shop to pick it up. Working so close to shops makes it too easy.

LOL, no I retired at 3.10, you won that one!! Actually it was a forced retirement as my laptop started to overheat:rotfl:
See my panic-striken thread in the Technie forum at 1.00am:rotfl:

A bit of a timely reminder actually to those using laptops on their laps for prolonged periods whilst wearing a fluffy dressing gown...ie ME!!!
This can block all the ventilation holes on the laptop and cause overheating, it should be used on a tray or similar hard surface apparantly. Am I the only daft bat who didn't think of that??
No, I got a fright once when mine started to overheat... then read that it should be on a board/tray.topbargainhunter wrote: »Was expecting a brand of toiletries I've not heard of that's a must have, then remembered the drooling over George a while back. :rotfl:
