Thanks. I think I read you get 5% off with one voucher, and 10% with two.

If I buy them in Debenhams, I can get 2x 125mls for £28, minus £2.80 discount with the voucher. The papers costs £1 though, so it will be £26.20 for two bottles and the free gift.
ETA: I've had a look at the Debenhams free gift and it looks much better than the Boots one. I just hope my local has it!

Or I could just buy it from Boots - £28 for two, 112 points and a free gift. Hmmm!

I don't suppose anyone here has any take the day off that they want to sell? :p
I didn't realise Boots are doing a GWP at the moment? Is it any good?

I got the Beales GWP for bf's Mum last week, as she wanted eyebrow pencils. She's taken the eyeshadow and lipgloss from it, but decided she wouldn't use the skincare bits, so has given those to me! :) (she's lovely). So, one 75mL rinse-off foaming cleanser, 15mL spf 15 cream and a mini mascara added to my stash!

I do have an unopened take the day off as well as the one I'm half-way through, but it is one of those products that I would definitely buy again. It's excellent :)

Someone please give me a kick. I have been sat in front of my laptop for the last hour and a half trying to compose a complaint letter to nails inc/Debenhams. I've been putting it off for six weeks and I just can't concentrate or write what I want to say. :(

What did they do to you Babafette?
  • I think we need a big :grouphug: Thanks to all who post here and the support that is given to everyone.
I am finishing a No7 Really Renewing body polish - I only used it once and didn't touch it again but it is really nice (grains are a bit sandy but effective). I also need to finish a half used Simple Loofah exfoliator thing WIBA NO disgusting stuff!! I already used one up but obviously had bought 2 on offer! I actually prefer the exfoliating gloves as someone else said earlier but No& was bought with vouchers (possibly free or pennies)
Does anyone know if a sealed roll-on deodorant will be ok to use if it is at least 6 years old? I had it as part of Cerruti Image gift set and not too keen on roll-on deo so that got left, I did buy the perfume again so if it is ok then could finish both together - but I could really do without more reactions. TIA

Products used up and out of my life:
Clinique Take the day off make up remover has been packaged up ready to be sent to CompletelyLost, who's run out. I was never going to use it, so I'm glad it has a new home where it will be loved and appreciated! (And this might discourage CL from buying other Clinique stuff in order to get the Bonus Time! ;))

That is so nice of you. What a lovely newbie:happyloveLoving the product reviews too.

I always stick to no 7 p+P but that is going to change once I have finished my stash as I have seen the error of my ways there.

    What's wrong with the no7 P+P?

    Evening ladies

Loving all the photos of your stashes, I am gradually streamlining and sold 14 items on Ebay tonight will be transferring the money to DD as she is off to Belfast at the weekend and doesn't have much money as she has just started a new job. Have another 12 items listed with 7 watchers so hopefully more sales. When I have finished decluttering the toiletries I intend to go through my wardrobe, bags & shoes, I hate taking the photos & listing measurements etc.

wow sales addict, you have a pretty big stash there. Maybe a bit too much to use on your own. Have you thought about ebating some, making gift hampers, giving some to charity shop, selling it on a blog? (sending it to me ;))

well done for posting it all though xx

    I was gonna say that:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.

Way to go SA! You have quite a stash there! Now all you have to do is work out what to do with it, cos you would have to spend all day every day either bathing or slathering it on in order to use it, I think:). Well done for plucking up the courage to post those pics! Keep looking at them every time you "feel the urge" and I think it should help quite a bit!

I just can't compete at all on this thread!:o I sorted out all the [STRIKE]ancient[/STRIKE] old stuff that wasn't fit for use anymore and managed to get all the other stuff back in quite a lot less space (and all in the bathroom cupboards) and am just working my way through it at a slightly more concerted pace (ie I am actually using moisturisers, etc:o).

Haven't been a good girl though, I actually bought my first ever bath float (cos it was only £1.35 in Tesco in the managers special baskets last weekend) and then treated myself to my first ever body butter to match at £5.00!:o Liking them a lot! They are by Normandie and smell of lemons and I really am enjoying them but feel guilty every time I come on here:o

I also bought some oils for the oil cleansing method - but these were for DS2 so don't feel a moments guilt for this as they are clearing up his spotty T-zone quite beautifully:D

  • Morning everyone,

Used last dregs of fcuk whipped body cream this morning, it's lovely, I've been raving about how lovely it is on my blog (ha quite sad really) WIBA: it'll give the s&g daily smooth a run for it's money, it's not as thick but its just as good and smells divine, the smell lingers which is nice and I'm not as greasy as I am with s&g daily smooth (daily seems to take longer to sink in), but in the long long distant future I'd defo buy this again, gorgeous stuff.

Nearly finished frizz ease shampoo and conditionter, one more wash left in both I think. WIBA: as per an early post I don't think it's all that...but I'm still searching for the perfect stuff for my hair, but am seriously considering trying the condition only method. But still thinking

Had someone ask about postage to australia for one of my bodyshop items on ebay, don't they have body shop there?
*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*
No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!

Though funnily enough I actually bought a set of those plastic drawers a few days ago, in pink, from Wilko. I have a *thing* for storage boxes... I think I might have been over this before though :o It's more like a serious problem, I keep buying them and have run out of things to put in them. What an idiot I am.

I'm addicted to strage boxes too :embarasse. but i buy them then split bigger boxes up so I can find things easier then they end up taking more room.

Take yesterday for instance - I bought 5 small storage boxes with lids (a bargin in wilkos at the moment) then split my HUGE cross stitch tower into them then put the contents of a filing cabenit into the cross stitch box - result an even taller tower of stuff that DS tries to climb. todays job. empty a HUGEEEEEEEEE box of clothes into storage bags (pretty colours a bargin in 99p shop) so i can use this box for the cross stitch stuff.............. now what to use my newly gained small boxes on........
loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:

  • What i actually came on this thread to do was ask the experts for any advice on face moisturisers. I get dry patches on my cheeks but spots on my chin so nothing too oily :)

Your skin sounds like mine. I highly recommend Clinique's Dramatically Different Moisturising Gel. It's oil-free and it's just moisturising enough to sort out my dry bits.

By the way, if you have spots on your chin and nowhere else, these are probably caused by hormones, and if I were you I'd consider going on the Pill. That would sort them out permanently. (But discuss with a nurse, don't blame me if you die etc etc I'm not a healthcare professional)

    HTH :)
