please help pc wont load up

    i think your mad its easy to do unscrew you side panel at the back slide door back about 1cm or 2cm take away from unit. inside you will have ram slots with white clips push them away from length of stick <<- ram stick length ->> stick will lift up and allow you to take it out replace with new sticks off you go.
    about £20-25 per 1gb stick the only other info you need is what type e.g. speed of ram and slot side usually info is stickered on existing ram.

    Just to add .... make a note of the memory type recommended - it may be cheaper elsewhere. Post your scan result here and we'll all rush to advise you!!

    hmm just gone to enter make,model etc and cant find mine they got e machines,e series but not my model mine is a e4028.

  • Hi Crystal, can't believe how much stamina you have for this one well done try CPUz that will tell which sort of memory you have (sort of) and post it here and the hardware stars will tell you

    ah thank you like said to rik i always like to try do things myself (well with the help of the experts lol) and its prob saved me a lot of money.
