Nsd yesterday but another £75.87 at Mr T's and £10.75 at Iceland spent today. Signature updated and isn't look too good admittedly as got to get to the 28th so well over 2 weeks to go but on the other hand it is half term next week & as I have stocked up today for that as I hate going shopping with the kids it might be better than it looks.
Off to catch up on all the posts now.

Have just updated my signature - had to go to the Coop on my way home from work as we were out of milk and I had to get a few things to make tonight's tea. Have spent £7.35! Still have £87-51 left for two more 'big' shops so I am not too worried at the moment.

Sorry I have been AWOL for a few days and haven't had a chance to catch up with the posts - after a day at work in front of the computer I don't really feel like doing it again in the evening and I was out most of the weekend too! Still I am with you all in spirit! Keep up the good works folks.

PS The Coop are doing all Hellman's mayonnaise for £1 a jar.

A whole 88p spend by me today. Decided I needed to get out at lunchtime so went to Tesco and got my weekly tv guide (49p) and a bag of sweets (39p). I was quite impressed with myself actually as they had new crisps and I didn't buy any despite them looking very tasty.

Looking a bit low on sugar so will need to get some of that in the next week or so and maybe some more fruit as only have apples (and just realised the one I took to work is still in my bag...doh!)

Hi all. Having a lovely quiet evening to myself as OH is working away for the next 2 nights.......... yippee, no sport on the TV - in fact haven't had it on since watching the news..........bliss :D

Should be using the time to catch up on housework but busy day at work and can't be bothered :o

So won't be using much out of the freezer. Also on Friday going to DD's to babysit GDs so I will get fed there (SIL great cook) and stay the night. Then on Saturday afternoon off to see the Strictly Tour show with DD and GDs (their Christmas pressie to me)..........nice weekend to look forward to.

Nice day in Glasgow today but resisted impulse to go out for walk (to Lidl) at lunchtime so NSD again.:T

OLD MIECHEROX - Would have cooked roast chicken, eaten far more than she should have, told dp not to eat anymore because it will do another meal shove it in the fridge and shop daily at evil supermarkets for more food. Subsequently smelly chicken would end up in bin four days later.

NEW MIECHEROX :A - Slow cooked roast chicken all day whilst slogging it out saving lives, served lovely chicken with salad leaves and pasta. Pulled EVERY scrap off said chicken made half into chicken pasta bake for tomorrows tea with left over pasta and saved the other half to make into chicken and mushroom pie for following day. Said chickens bones were then thrown gracefully back into sc where cooking juices remained where stock will be made overnight for thai chicken noodle soup tomorrow....

    I need a lie down...
