    Yay for the losses!!!

mishkanorman, never mind the 4lbs, could be water retention and/or building muscle (which is more dense than fat). If you *feel* slimmer and are fitting into your clothes better, take what the scales say with a pinch of salt! Or do what I do and WI again midweek.

WI tomorrow for me, hope all those days off chocolate are going to pay off! :D

coco1980, LIR is quite right about the spots/change of diet theory. I have quite a few right now too, they are yuk aren't they??

mishka - do your clothes feel better and looser? I've had a couple of blip weigh-in's and it's always back to normal the next time. Bodies are funny things!

I've just realised I'm only two pounds off the five stone total loss mark! Must be disciplined this week as I have a shopping trip planned on Monday and I'm being given money towards it once I hit the five stone mark. Something healthy for tea tonight, then swimming :)

  • Alexnikov - wow you should be very proud of yourself for losing all that weight :T
& well done to all of the other losers too.

I weighed myself this morning... weight was as I expected (gained a fair bit) as I had a complete bingefest this weekend, around 2500 calories more than I had planned :o I'm not counting today's this weigh-in anyway - I'm going to do it again tomorrow and see what I get. Maybe things will have evened out by then!

Not for about 3 years! :rotfl: Actually, I tell a lie. I did lose about 7lbs last April/May but have put them on again. Now it's downwards all the way (I hope)! Glad to hear you are having one of those slim days, must feel fab.

CompletelyLost, hugs to you, just let it go and move on xoxo
