Do it tonight! A lie-in is always preferable to getting up early to exercise.0

Sorry - bit late in posting the results of this week's weigh in.
Loss of just one 1lb this weekStill now 10st 4 and I have been really bad at sticking to the diet over the weekend. Not looking too good today either.
Tomorrow won't be any better either - I dread to think how many calories there are in a Nut Wellington. In fact the mind boggles but the alternative is a very unveggie friendly Steak and Kidney pudding.....0 -

You're right, and if i do it tonight then it's over and done with!
I got up early today so i could go to pick up a parcell before work so i can do it, but a run , then dinner , then a bath sounds like a nice eveningAnnual Grocery Budget £364.00/£1500

Well I am doing things slightly differently this week as I want to make sure I am getting all I need, especially after people told me I was probably undereating. I am trying the bodychef monday to friday plan, from what I read on their website there are various different one, but I am doing the lower carb one. Food was delivered last night..and although it wasnt cheap it looks fantastic....and breakfast and lunch today were yummy! I was starting to lose interest in being good so if this works its money well spent! Just need to start the exercise now but its just finding the time.0

I know it's late in February but I was wondering if I could join. I did this last year and lost about 10lbs but have put all this back on! I've been diagnosed with IBS and am currently in the process of trying to find out the foods which are affecting this, the doctor thinks the weight gain and this may all be connected somehow.
I've been told to cut down on the carbs but not diet as such and just monitor what I eat. I also have the problem that I don't like going out much now because I keep thinking people are looking at me because i've put the weight on. Its like a vicious circle! I did manage to get over my fear of going swimming a few months ago but I daren't go on my own and have no one free to go with me
.
I really need to do something about this weight, i'm starting to feel heavy, if that makes sense.Virgin CC=£2652, Next= [STRIKE]£102.88,[/STRIKE] Very=£475.60, Natwest=£800, Sainsburys CC=£1777.02, Lloyds CC=£498.29, Lloyds Loan= £13,946.18, Car=£4000Total = [STRIKE]£26,147.23[/STRIKE] £23,849.09:eek:0 -

Why not just set a 2-3 lb goal and start with 5/7lbs with us in March? That way you have the rest of the month to get to know us and get into the rhythm, and the discipline.we ALWAYs have room for one more.

Not sure if any of you make this already, but orange flavoured jelly made with skimmed milk instead of water is nice and you can grate a bit of 70% cocoa dark chocolate on the top if you need a bit of a chocolate kick. Low calorie and quite filling if you eat it slowly with a teaspoon!
Just a question about this....(wretched fashion girls are all baking today, I've got sweet tooth from them...) do you make it with warm milk, or a little hot water then milk?:o0 -
I agree, I feel like i work a lot harder in gym classes. So far i've tried out step, body max (exercises with weights) and ab exercises (i could barely sit up the next day!). I keep meaning to try spinning but i've not got round to it yet.
I didn't go for ages because i was worried about going by myself and about being really rubbish. To be honest i'm very uncoordinated but it's ok!0 -
Still no change to report
I've stayed the same weight for ages now and it is so frustrating. Hopefully all the decorating I did at the weekend will help burn some of the calories
