  • Going to be extra good this last week. I'm pretty sure i've not lost anything this week but (im really sorry for the too much info!) the pipes are a bit blocked at the moment so ive not got a number yet.

Wanted to go to the gym today but when i woke up and looked out the window i noticed about 6 inches of snow :o The gym's down a very steep hill so i didn't fancy my chances at not falling over. Went for a walk (trudge) to the park though.

Before i complain... my other half is very sweet and lovely! But seems to be undermiming my trying to lose weight a bit at the moment. Making me huge mugs of hot chocolate covered in whipped cream and marshmallows for example... which i do think is really nice of him to make me something nice but it's frustrating at the same time. There's a couple of other things too that make me wonder if he doesn't want me to lose weight but he won't talk about it with me.
He's pretty enthusiatic about telling me to go to the gym though, but i think that's him wanting the flat to himself for a bit.

I have a blood test tomorrow :( I've been very tired & run down for a while (longer than the dieting so i can't blame that) so i'm having tests for anaemia & stuff. Ever since a bad reaction to anaestetic at the dentists about 5 years ago i've been really rubbish with needles though. I get very sick and dizzy sometimes before any blood's even been taken so i'm a bit scared :( Will try chill out a bit & have something to eat just before my appointment.

Ah Lostinrates, i would have found it so hard not to have a milkshake! There's milkshake places here that blend pretty much any chocolate bar/sweet/cake with milk & icecream and it's very tasty and bad for you!

Lots of luck to everyone on here (and to poorly !!!!! cats!) :)

I think i've made up for not posting much for a while with a message this long :o

My OH is a bit like that, he claims not to notice that I've put on weight (bless) and is always trying to undermine my efforts. But I don't think it's deliberate! :rotfl:

LOL @ TMI, I have that problem quite a lot too! It can make quite a difference to your weight - the pipes themselves and the water retention/bloating that goes along with it. Hence, I am always tempted to weigh myself after a good clear out (sorry, that puts your TMI in the shade doesn't it!). :rotfl:

Its not uncommon to get bad skin with a change in diet, even for the better ...once your body is used to a healthier diet I think your skin will thank you.

Yay lost that cheeky little pound that crept on last week :) Got to work extra hard now as i'm at the struggling stage! I find it near on impossible to get below what I'm at now.
