    Morning all
Its a 3LB loss for me this week :D
Its been a crazy month so far and looks set to continue, but after two really bad years least the drama going on is the good kind.
as i've said before DH and I are part of a Cornish charity group, usually is geared rasing money toward local charitys but this year the beast are set up to run a sport relief mile and have lots of fun and games planned if anyone is in the cornwall area and feels like joining in, if not why not have a look whats going on in your area

    Have a great day everyone

coco1980, never mind the STS, with all the exercise you're doing you will be losing inches if not pounds!

    hello again everyone :o
Well I've been out of action for a few weeks; literally. I managed to hurt myself quite badly on the ice - damn cold snap - and so have not been my usual self seeing as I'm hobbling about on two horrible metal contraptions that are meant to help but only do more damage in the end and as I live on the second floor of a large terraced house - well chocolate and Jeremy Kyle know me very well by now! :(:(:(
So..... May I please omit feb and Start again, with a heck of a lot more determination, on 1st March, St Davids Day. Don't know what I mentioned that but there you go........
Please Dragon??????? I promise to never eat toblerone, caramel or chips curry & rice (chippy style) for the next .....(fill in the blank) months so that I can be a tad more slimline by my 27th birthday in October. :D
    Sam x

Of course you can join in again :D - oh and don't make promises you can't keep re chippy chips etc!

Ouch to the crutches and fall - as one who is on crutches permanent like I feel your pain!

I've not managed to get onto the forums for a couple of days due to a severe bout of SAD (The Furry Dragon (tm) has been licking the tears off my face again regularly) - so can people check the first post and let me know either on here or by a PM if I have your weight wrong .... thank you!
Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup :D

Sorry to hear that dragon... but you're lucky to have furry dragon (tm) there.

Been quite active (as limited as I am) today; only cause the OH was off work today and went and had his tooth out. So he's feeling a bit sorry for himself, but I can put up with the moping rather than have to deal with the way he was last night- I slept in the spare room cause he drove me mad. Here's hoping tonight is better.

    Soup tonight me thinks :D

Oh Dragon, I had been wondering...but hey, its going to be spring soon.

The snowdrops this year are the best I remember seeing them ever...NT say the spring flowers are going to be riotous in their glory...I love winter, but this one rally has dragged on a bit...

Dragon, massive (((hugs))) to you, I have the symptoms of SAD quite often in winter too, thank goodness for spring coming soon eh!!!!!!

LIR, I agree, we are over winter already! Come on nice mild sunny weather and spring flowers!!!! :) The snowdrops are indeed lovely and I am growing crocuses on my windowsill, can't wait to see them...

I am still off chocolate and have tried everything today from rice cakes (bleurgh, cardboard) to apples (yum) to oatcakes with jam (even more yum) to stave off the cravings! Tesco have Braeburn apples in their value bags atm, I find the varieties change with the seasons and these are fab. 68p for 6 quite large Braeburn apples, bargain! I feel like I can actually stick to Lent this year, I have been visualising myself slimmer after Lent and that's keeping me going. Last year's disaster was just a blip.

    How's everyone today? xo

Looking forward to tomorrow, today has been quite long enough!

NB to apple eaters, remember the varieties all taste quite different so vary the for some change when feeling bored!
