    Well done wkdhoney!!!!!!!!

I had my WI this morning too, 134.6lbs!!!!!!!! That's 1.7lbs off this week! :D *does a little dance*

I think giving up chocolate has helped a lot, I realise how much I was eating and it wasn't pretty. So now that I have seen a positive effect I am more motivated to keep it up. I'll do my last WI on Saturday before hols. :)

Well done Tara!! That's great! Are you missing chocolate? Do you eat anything instead?
I ended up having my PMT related chocolate binge last night (it's a monthly occurance where I walk around the house trying to find anything I can to eat.:o) This time I managed to limit it to two very small chocolate slices. Progress is being made :A

I am missing it enormously, but am consoling myself with the thought that I will lose weight and that is sweeter than chocolate. The cravings are not so frequent the last couple of days.

My 'French Women Don't Get Fat' book arrived yesterday, huzzah!

p.s. well done on your progress :)

Tara, I'd be really interested to know how you get on with this book. I've been looking on amazon recently for inspiring/motivating self-help weightloss books but there are loads to choose from.

OK, jelly didn't work. I then tried making it in hot milk, and I seem to have made plastic with lots of rather yucky juice.

what's weird is I make non instant jelly, i.e. jelly from scratch, quite a lot for dinner parties and its always really good (lir's vodka jelly or mojito jelly is something to be proud of) but I can't work out how to make a silly pack of instant jelly with milk....

    please help...

Hi miss_cupcake (love your username btw :) )

I will start reading it today and report back, I have high hopes for it. I buy diet books every so often, more as a motivational tool than a set of instructions as they all seem to contradict each other. :rotfl:
