Unfortunately they only did monday to friday 8am to 8pm
That's semi-humans for you!0 -
I wish quidco had some sort of newsletter by email as I've just read about this offer on their website.

Has anyone got their free iPod yet?
My second mandated salary deposit went in on 25th September and according to the terms of the offer:
Step 3: Following your second monthly salary deposit, we will notify you within 2 weeks that your iPod® nano is ready for delivery. Just call us if you have any problems.
Well, they haven't contacted me yet, so I think I may send them a message and ask where my free iPod is.
I'm certainly fulfilling my part of the offer as I've had two salary payments of >£1500 paid in and I'm using my account on a "regular basis" by paying two standing orders to myself to get my salary back to my regular current account. Their terms define a "regular basis" as:
^ A Regular basis is defined as paying at least 2 Direct Debits or standing orders from your Citibank Sterling Current account per month over a period of six months upon receipt of your Citi bank card. We reserve the right to bill account holders for the retail price of an iPod Nano if minimum activity levels are not met.
Anyway, I'm going to fire off a message querying my free nano. I'll post here when I have any more info. In the meantime, if anyone else has had any success with this offer, let us know.0 -
Thanks for the post. Very interested to know if you get one.0

Like nataliej, my second salary went in on the 25th Sept, and still no word from citibank on the ipod.
I’ll be interested to see what their response to nataliej is. I’m tempted not to chase mine up yet in the hope the longer I leave it the less chance they’ll have of sourcing the discountined 1gb nano, and they’ll have to supply a new style 2gb nano instead!

Nah! They've probably got a big stock of them in a box under the marketing manager's desk which he rests his feet on when sitting in his executive leather chair! ;-)0 -
Well, a WEEK after sending CitiBank a message querying my iPod, I still haven't received a reply, so I've followed it up today with another message.
Compared to cahoot or egg, Citibank's customer service is rubbish. I'll be quite glad to ditch them in 6 months time.
But like rjx, I wouldn't mind getting a nice new iPod nano instead

Well I have now received my bank card, PINs, paying in and cheque books. I feel guilty closing this in 6 months!
I get paid on 15th each month, so hopefully I will get my ipod in time for Christmas!0 -

Have you tried speaking to them over the phone?0 -
Well, I finally got a reply from Citibank. In the end I didn't have to resort to the old-fashioned "phone them up" technique (thanks for the advice though stphnstevey
) and they sent me not one, but two messages!

Subject: Re: Information on Opening New Account
Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in the fulfilment of your iPod Nano. If you have not already received your iPod Nano we will be checking the eligibility of your account to ensure that all the conditions of the offer have been met and, assuming that this is satisfactory, your iPod Nano will be dispatched by recorded delivery on Tuesday 24th October.
If you have any further questions, please call CitiPhone Banking on 0800 00 55 00.
Yours sincerely,
Citibank
So, it looks like I may have it in the next few days. I'll keep you posted!0
