The lady from Tesco CS said that the bigger the store, the more chance that vouchers will be taken with no problems at all - and from my recent experience that seems the case.

Update, I sent off my letter to the Chairman this morning at 6.45am as I drove to work, had a busy day and arrived home to 2 messages from Tesco CS HQ stating that they had acted on my 3rd complaint following the stalking incident by the Cardiff one and that they had personally phoned up the Manager of the Tesco store and he was acting upon it. I was told they could not tell me what action but it has been sorted ............... The second message said any more problems just ask immediately for the Manager and he will assist.

Just opened up my emails and found a response to my 2nd complaint via email stating that they had forwarded a copy of my email to my local store.

Hopefully 3rd time lucky with the letter and I will get a written apology

that supervisor seriously has a problem. stalking you around the shop? that's definately harassment.

i've been giving tesco a wide bearth recently due to asda being cheaper for my needs at the moment. i only spend about £25 a week and have never had problems getting a few quid knocked off. the cashier in asda at the weekend told me he could only take 10% off, which is fine. seems like they're drumming it into the young boys now too

Supervisors like that are a real pain aren't they - I would have smiled wickedly at her and said "Oh, yes! I'm sure the Manager will be telling you about it when he gets their letter!" - in a REALLY LOUD voice so all the customers heard that she was going to be in trouble - two can definately play at that game - after all - she's the one who has to work there day after day and face all those customers!!

I wish I had said something back but I was just shell shocked at how unprofessional she was - hopefully the Cardiff One will turn over a new leaf from now on !

Morning Moneysavers, just a quick update - received a letter today from the PA to the Chairman of Tescos to say they are looking into my complaint and will revert soonest. It has been awhile since I first posted so was quite surprised to get a letter. In the meantime, I have received no phone call or letter from my local store and the silence is deafening.

Due to an almighty C*** up by talk talk, who have disconnected my tiscali broadband, enabled my line for talk talk BUT have advised I will have to wait FOUR weeks for my modem. My time on these boards is very limited but thought I would just post a quick update. (BTW when I complained to talk talk after my 30th phone call, I was put on hold for 35 mins and given incorrect information). If you are considering changing to talk talk please read the boards first - wish I had !

Just droppin a wee line here,wondering if Tescos accepts other supermarkets coupons as i have a £5 coupon off a bottle of Jura which has sommerfields logo on it,i have managed to use my asda coupons at Tesco so wondering if the same would apply for the sommerfields ones.Thank you.

Used five vouchers in Tesco yesterday and today without buying the relevant products - no problem whatsoever. One wouldnt scan so SA entered it in manually!:T

welshdragon sorry I didn't reply with the details for you but have been on hols in UK in 90 degrees!!!! I'm so brown people think I'be been abroad.

Glad things going better for you now. What I tend to do is keep a handful of vouchers ready and put the higher value ones first as my tescos says they only allow 5 coupons so if they are £1 or more each that's a good result. But if you let the ca choose for you they pick out the 10p ones!
