OH thinks my family is strange, we're more likely to insult each other (in jest!) than be nice.
Me and my brothers (and some of my cousins) do that to each other and OH finds it really hard to understand that it is a joke and we aren't really being really rude to each other. One of my friends thought my brother was really nasty because he was calling me fat on Facebook (when I was pregnant) until I pointed out to my brother that other people might not understand and would think he was being rude.

Feeling hugely guilty as I wasn't fast enough to catch her.

She's not even bruised! She must be made of rubber

Caz - Katie likes covering our dog in lipstick

DH and I have decided what Katie is getting for her next 2 birthdays - this year 3rd Kiddizoom Camera, she loves taking pictures. Next year 4th a coldwater fish tank.

    We've also discussed when she'll be getting a small furry - when she's 8 or 9.
Proud to be dealing with my debts
    DD Katie born April 2007!
3 years 9 months and proud of it
    dreams do come true (eventually!)

Our whole family sits on a bed of sarcasm... We very rarely say something nice... It's just the way we are, and we all understand each other...

The builder just rang to ask if he could come round in the morning and measure up the bathroom, I said yeah thinking he meant about 11ish... He said 'is 8:30 OK?'

Good job I've got to get up to get Aimee ready for school... Suppose I should give my stairs the bi-annual vacuum, and at least I did all the bedroom last week...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

My friends and I do that too. It's a very comfortable way of engaging with someone when you're so close that you don't have to be polite :rotfl:

just had my driving lesson .. was going to book my theory but cant as i had a letter from london council tax so had to ring them to find out what was going on and i had til the end of march to pay the rest (£211 if you please) or they're slapping me with £125 court summons fee on top so doing what i can to scrape it together i think i can manage it .. honestly wanna hurt them x
 at £125! I'm sure it was only going to be about £50 when my council tried to take me to court (over £12 they thought I owed them but didn't).
    And too lighten the mood...

Never leave a baby alone within stretching and grabbing distance of a pot of sudocreme...

Still... At least she was confined to her cot... Aimee did it when she was about 2 1/2 and smeared it all over my old navy blue sofa...
:rotfl: When Alice got hold of the sudocrem she decided to cream a teddy bear. I cleaned it off with cloths but then when I washed the cloths the blue from the cloths went onto the other things so I ended up with blue splodgy marks on the clothes.
